Eyla’s PoV
I walked into a small town in the fire nation with my hand over my eye.
''Do you have any eye bandages'' I asked the store laclerk.
He stared at me for some time until finally he let out a blood curdling scream, ''ITS HER, THE RAINBOW EYED BANDIT!'' he screamed.
Guards from all over came running in. I put my right hand up to say I surrounded but kept my left hand on my eye.
“Put both hands up!” The commander yelled. “No - handcuff me if you must but I will not remove my left hand from my eye''.
''Very well then'' he said.
The commander pushed another out towards me. The man grabbed my right arm and handcuffed it to my left; they walked me out of the shop and into an air ship. After the ride, me and many others were dropped off at a prison which was known as ‘The boiling rock’. The guards at the prison took everyone off the gondola and lined us up in a straight line. The Warden examined us one by one. That is, until he reached me.
“Take your hand off your eye and look at me!” The warden demanded.
“No” I said firmly, standing my ground.
“What did you say to me?!” He snapped angrily.
“I said no” I replied.
“Throw her in the cooler!” He yelled.
The guards dragged me off.
“As for all of you, it is time to get settled'' He yelled.
“Ha-ha, I don't know who you are girl but I think you pretty I'll give you special treatment since no one ever stands up to the warden that way'' The guard giggled sounding like a girl in a way.
“I’m a wanted criminal. For starters, I Don't know whether to be excited or scared in getting special treatment and, well yeah - it’s about time someone put that guy in his place” I snapped.
“Well I can see you’re a wanted criminal. And no, I didn't mean it like that, I actually meant better clothes and shit. And I was wondering what your name is?” He said shyly.
“Thanks, My name is Eyla..” The guard stopped me, opened a freezer door, walked me in and shut me in. About an hour later he came back.
“What the? Aren't you cold - it’s like -10 degree in here'' He exclaimed with a hint of concern, and his eyes widen at the same time.
“No, not really” I say, “By the way, what's your name?”
“It’s Roderick” He said as he pulled me out of the freezer and walked me to a cell.
“I'll see you tomorrow morning” He said joyfully, slightly smiling.
I can't believe it took a whole day to get to this prison. Soon after that my eyelids shut and i fell into a deep, peaceful sleep.
Roderick's (POV)
The warden ordered all senior offices to the gondola station because a line of serial killers were lined up. The warden examined the killers as did I; at the end of the line was a beautiful girl and she had her hand on her left eye with her head down.
“Take your hand off your eye and look at me!” The warden yelled.
The girl lifted her head - my eyes widened at the sight of her eyes.
‘She must have the rainbow eye curse... interesting’ I thought to myself.
''No''.
My eyes widened again. The rainbow eyed bandit has guts.
“What did you say to me?!” He yelled again.
“I said no” She replied.
The warden was about to hit her but stopped when he saw the rainbow eye. “Throw her in the cooler” He demanded.
I jumped at the opportunity. I walked the girl through the prison.
“Ha-ha, I don't know who you are girl but I think you pretty I'll give you special treatment since no one ever stands up to the warden that way'' I giggled sounding like a girl in a way.

“Thanks, My name is Eyla..” I stopped at the cooler, opened the freezer door, walked her in and shut the door. About an hour later I came back feeling happier.
“What the? Aren't you cold - it’s like -10 degree in here'' I exclaimed with a hint of concern, and my eyes widen at the same time.
“No, not really” She say, “By the way, what's your name?”
“It’s Roderick” I said as i pulled her out of the freezer and walked her to a cell.
“I'll see you tomorrow morning” I said slightly smiling.
I was happy inside, why you ask. She asked me what my name was, I think this was the beginning of my crush on her. I pulled Eyla out of the freezer and walked her to her cell.
“I'll see you tomorrow morning” I said with joy.
I was back to the gondola station when someone tapped on my shoulder and came beside me.
“Oi! Now Roderick don't fall in love with that one” Tereka – My sister - said. “What!?, I-I'm not”, I stuttered.
“Don't do it Roddy – she's trouble” Tereka added.
I nodded sadly and walked beside her the rest of the way there.
