Chapter two: Friends or Foe

Carlo's parents went out of town for a business plan...

Carlo and Troy were left in the house.

Weeks passed…

Carlo decided to go to mall. He called Catherine.

"Hello. Catherine are you free today? Lets go to the mall."

"Ok, lets just meet there."

Carlo and Catherine had a lot of fun in the mall. They had many activities.

While they are eating, they didn't know that Francis was also in the mall. Francis saw both of them and became jealous. He didn't mind them and continued walking.

After a few minutes, Carlo and Catherine went home.

Troy is waiting for Carlo.

“Hey, brother it seems that your activities are continuously flowing. Why don’t you introduce Catherine to me?”

“How did you know about that? Be quiet, don’t let mom and dad know about this, they may think of many things again.”

“When you go to the mall, I always follow you and it seems that you are falling in love with her, am I right? Hahahaha”

“Maybe you’re right, let us just sleep it’s already 11pm”

Carlo thought of his dream that maybe the girl in his dream is Catherine but he doesn't know what thing will be lost.

He wonder if he tried to let Catherine know about his feelings for her.

The next day…

Carlo and Catherine met in a shop.

“Catherine, I have something to tell you. Since we’ve met I can’t vanish you in my mind and my heart is always beating, because I like you and I love you! Can you be my girlfriend?”

“Uhm…. I will decide and think. I also like you even you are a newcomer. Ok I will be your girlfriend!”

“Thank you, Catherine.”

A friend of Francis, spy Carlo and Catherine and he told this to Francis that made him more jealous and have anger on his heart.

“You will pay for this Carlo, I can’t let you take Catherine from me because she is mine!”

The next day, Francis and Carlo meets.

“Francis, long time no see. I had a good news. I ha…”

“And this is the good news!”(punched Carlo)

“What is your problem?”

“Is Catherine your girlfriend now? Why? She is only mine! I will not let you take her from me!”

They fight and fight and fight…

They argue and argue and argue…

Until Catherine saw them...

“Hey guys, stop these! You’re like elementary students, we’re already in the highschool! Francis stop these please, I love Carlo! There are other girls that you can find more than me…”

“But they are not like you!”

“Please accept the truth Francis! Don’t make a problem.”

“You are save now, Carlo.”(left with hatred)

“I hope Francis will be alright…”

“Don’t worry Carlo, he won’t bother our feelings…”
