Chapter three: Rivalry

Part one

The school is already near, all the teenagers in the village are so excited.

The relationship of Carlo and Catherine stay very strong.

In his home, Troy ask Carlo again.

“How is your relationship with Catherine?”

“It’s ok…. Haaaaa!!! How did you know about it again?!”

The next morning, their parents arrived…

 “Hello mom and dad!!!” they greeted their parents warmly.

“Our first day of school is already tomorrow!”

“Oh, great. You should study your lessons everyday again.”

Carlo was called by his mother in the kitchen.

“Do you have a girlfriend now Carlo?”

“No mom. I haven’t, even once or twice!”

“But if you have, it’s just ok for me. Don’t just forget about your studies.”

“Ok mom…”

Carlo wake up so early that morning.

He go to school with Catherine secretly…

“Hello, Catherine lets go to school together!”

“Ok, Carlo.”

When they enter their room, Francis was their classmate. But they didn’t mind him.

Carlo was very far from Catherine, while Catherine is near Francis.

A girl named Dianne is the seatmate of Carlo. They talked too much during the class that made Catherine jealous.

“Hello, what’s your name cute boy?”

“Uhm… My name is Carlo, how about you?”

“My name is Dianne and I have a lot of stories to tell you.”

The period was finished and Carlo forget about Catherine. He went to the canteen with Dianne.

“Want some treat, Carlo?”

“Oh, sure.”

Francis thought that he would have a chance to Catherine. He invites her to join him eating.

“Hello Catherine. I’m so sorry about what had happened last time. Can you join me eat my snacks?”

“Ok Francis, but I’m still finding Carlo. Did you see him?”

“Never mind him. Maybe he’s in the comfort room…”

Catherine was worried about Carlo. She joined Francis but her mind is still in Carlo.

After that day, Catherine immediately meet Carlo…

“Carlo! Where had you gone a while ago?! Don’t forget that I’m your girlfriend!”

“Bye Carlo. See you tomorrow.” shouted Dianne.

Carlo didn’t mind what Catherine said.

“Catherine let us go to the shop before we go home.”

Catherine just followed him.

Weeks passed, Carlo and Dianne are becoming bestfriends. Catherine became more jealous while Francis had more hope.

Catherine wondered why Carlo is not calling her even once.

She tried to call him but he’s phone is always busy.

Carlo was always calling Dianne.

Francis went to the Catherine.

They had fun and lots of activities too.

“Wow, I didn’t know that you cook a very delicious omelette!”

“Thank you Francis. I can cook more.”

After that day, Catherine tried to call Carlo and he answered that time.

“Hello Carlo, why don’t we have a date tomorrow. Lets meet in the new restaurant.”

“Ok…maybe.”

The next day, Carlo forget about Catherine again and he went to the new restaurant with Dianne as if they have a relationship already.

Catherine also arrived and was spied by Francis.

She saw Carlo and Dianne bonding with each other and she went near Carlo.

“How dare you do this to me?”

“Wait, let me explain.”

Francis entered the conversation.

“Stop these fight. Let us go now Catherine. Leave them alone.”

The day ended.
