The funeral was good, we were sad but even more people showed up that we taught and these people made us realize that life is short and we have to live it to the fullest. Aaron didn't know anyone except my parents at first he was by my side but when people started showing up he sat close to us and kept looking at me if I needed his support. Later my grandparents (the parents of my mom) showed up. I was so happy to see them, they also live close to us, it was good for us to see more familiar faces. I also got to introduce Aaron to my grandparents to him. They were really sweet with him even if my grandpa was waiting for me to have a boyfriend since 8th grade ; so he teased Aaron a little bit.
We cried a lot more at the ceremony but Aaron was right by side squeezing my shoulder when I was crying. After the really emotional ceremony we went to eat at a buffet close to the church. My parents were going to my grandma's apartment to pick stuff that they wanted to keep while Aaron, my sisters and my grandparents and I went back to the hotel. We didn't do much, Aaron and I sleep side by side and they watched some TV with my little sister.
-Are you okay ?
He asked me while looking down at me.
-Yeah, you're here !
He squeezed my hand he had in his across my shoulder and kissed gently my forehead.
We then meet all up at a little restaurant downtown, we had fun after this emotional day. It helped us all. My dad lost both his parents in less than 4 years. My uncle told me at the hospital when we saw her for the last time, he gave me a hug and told me "Be happy !". I realized how lucky I was... To have my parents, my sisters, my godmother, my uncle, my grandparents and even luckier to have Aaron.

Again most of those facts are real life experiences.
