Meanwhile Hailey was not that affected as John. John was still in his denial stage that somehow those hurtful words from Hailey strike him the most. He feels like he was dragged back to his past that made him remembered what had happened between him and his ex-wife. Little did Hailey know all about it and so, John slowly opened up his life to Hailey. John dropped a message to Hailey's messenger, as he always does.

John: Hi Hailey! Morning! What you doing now? Are you busy?

Hailey: Oh! You're up! No, I'm not. Just the usual day here at home.

John: We are really now neighbors.

Hailey: Yup, we are. And we should be naming this village here. And how about you Mr. Devil?

...... (Hailey changes John's Nickname to DEVIL and hers to ANGEL)

John: Wow! I am really that Devil. Should I be flattered? Anyway, that's how you see it, so be it.

Hailey: Yup! And you are such a bad influence for me. You are such an insensitive person by the way.

John: Anyways, where am I? Oh? I remember. I was about to asked you if you have a greatest wish for yourself?

Hailey: Why asked? My wish is not based on material things.

John: Well, it's for you. Go on.

Hailey: If you have instinct then you will know. My wish is too far away from the impossible despite of my situation.

John: Oh? Really? I tell you, don't you ever wish for me. And maybe some kind of Mr. Genie would hear you out. Hahaha

Hailey: Huh? I don't get it.

John: Oh my! Why you don't get it. I was joking. I already told you not to wish for me because I am considering myself not a material thing.

Hailey: Yeah right. Why would I wish for you either?

John: Okey, okey. I am not a fortune teller. I was just joking. Hmmm. Maybe you're wishing for your ex-husband?

Hailey: No way. Past is past. I was wishing for something that it ain't gonna happened. A forever maybe?

John: Hahahaha. You have to wait for your forever. And who would that be?
Hailey: In my dreams I guess? and God knows. And I am pretty sure it will not be you because you are a Devil.

These two souls are obviously guarding their feelings and been trying to avoid such issue as possible. But both of them cannot just shun the split seconds that slowly they will realize that they fall.

Hailey: You are one lucky man John. You have siblings. And you have your Mikaela. While me, just an only daughter with my Cassandra. And it scared me that one day; you know facing reality, being alone. That's why we have to be prepared for our future.

John: Hey! But I can see that you are strong and capable.

Hailey: You still don't know me little Devil. You did not see my weakness yet.

John: Haha (sarcastic laugh) So, an angel right now have its so called weakness? All I know is you're not that easily is tempted.
Hailey: So, is there such thing as Good Temptation?

John: Yes, there is. Such as inviting someone going to church.

Hailey: Wow! Am I talking to a Devil right there? Haha

John: Yup! You are and we are living in the living in the real word you know and people who deal with reality have zero chances of being insane.

These small talks of Hailey and John had been deeply rooted that they did not even noticed that somehow they are digging some untold story of themselves. A simple acquaintance had blossomed and they hardly noticed that it's on the rise to a new level.
