"Quinton! Get up, it's time for school!" My sister yelled.

I sat up in bed and stared at her will dull eyes.

"I'm sick." I moaned.

She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, right. Come on, I don't want to be late for school!"

Yeah, so she could makeout with her boyfriend before class? Uh, no.

"Give me a minute."

I doved underneath the warm covers.

"GET UP!"

I felt the covers being pulled off me.

"NO!" I complained.

"Get your fat ass up and ready for school!" she demanded.

I nodded and dove towards the bathroom with a fresh change of clothes. That was my sister, Diana. At times, she can be the meanest person to walk the earth. Well, not at times, but all the time! When people look at us, they usually think, how the hell can those two be twins? Well, Diana and I are infraternal twins, so we look nothing alike. She's short, curvy, and a blonde whereas I'm tall, straight, and a brunette. People usually say that she's the prettier twin, but my mom doesn't seem to think so. She says that we're both beautiful in our own ways, blah, blah, blah. Aren't all mothers supposed to say that to their children? I washed my face and changed into my sweatshirt and sweatpants. I ran downstairs and grabbed a toast and ran outside. My best friend Myles was waiting in his shiny new car.

"Wow! Sweet ride!" I exclaimed eating my toast.

"I know, dad bought it for me yesterday."

I opened the door and started to get in when he knocked the piece of toast out of my hands.

"HEY! What was that for?" I exclaimed.

"No eating in the car."

I rolled my eyes and got inside. My twin sister was running towards the car in her heels. How the hell does she do that?

"Wait for me!" She exclaimed.

She opened the door and sat inside. Myles looked at her throught the rearview mirror as she buckled her seatbeat. I heard him sigh. Myles has the biggest crush on Diana. The sad thing is, I had the biggest crush on him. I mean, who didn't? He was tall, gorgeous, muscular, smart, and extrememly sweet. My sister does think he's hot, but she says 'He's way out of my league.' The car ride to school was quiet. I stared at Myles while he was driving. Diana was texting someone. Probably her boyfriend. Myles kept on glancing at her, and everytime he caught her gaze, he blushed. Diana was smirking in the backseat. I felt a lump in my throat. I swallowed it down before I embarassed myself.

AT SCHOOL

When Myles's car parked in a parking space, everyone immediately crowded around it. Myles got out and all the girls swooned. When Diana got out, her boyfriend wrapped his arms around her waist and started to kiss her. I looked at Myles, and hurt was flashing through his eyes. I bit my lower lip not sure of what to do. I ran into the school without looking back. As I approached my locker, I saw an extremely good-looking guy leaning against the wall. He had black hair and emerald green eyes. For some reason, he looked familiar. He didn't seem to notice me because he was too busy flirting with a random blond. I opened my locker and put my books and notebooks and binders into my bag. I closed my locker and went to my first class, English. I was the first one there, as always. Slowly, the students started to pile in. Myles slid in the chair next to me.

"Quinton! I didn't see you outside!"

"Oh, I wanted to get here a little earlier."

He ruffled my hair and my heart almost stopped. He would be the death of me. I swear.
