Alphas pov
After walkin for about three hours we finally made it back to the pack house and I set the sleepin pup down on the couch then ran up to my room to shift back to human form and put some clothes on. I was about to walk out of my room when I heard a small screech and instantly knew it was the pups so I ran down the stairs nd asked him what's wrong he just jumped up and clung to my shirt nd cried so I looked at the maid who was standin in the room and asked "what the hell happened..............ANSWER ME NOW!!!! " Nd with out using my alpha voice she instantly got scared and started to say "s-ss-sor-rry al-ph-ph-a i wa-a-was just trying to clean his wounds sir." she was cowarding down as she spoke. " It's okay I'm just very protective of him at the moment."
she looked at me then nodded and left the room to go clean something. i picked him up in a way i could carry him and not hurt him then carried him to my room and set him on the bed but when i tried to let go of him he held on to my shirt even more.............it was absoutly adorable and i didnt want to leave him alone but im the alpha i have work to do and i dont think hell wanna sit in my office while i do work......hmm maybe ill ask because he doesnt seem to want to let go of me any time soon. "hey um pup i have work to do so ill give you a choice you can stay here and sleep or you can hang out in my office? whats your choice?"
it took him a few seconds and some mumbling to say "i wanna stay with you i only trust you and i-i-im j-j-jacob, s-sir." "very nice to offically 'meet' you jacob, im damon and you dont have to call me alpha, yes you are apart of my pack now but it doesnt seem your okay with the 'alpha' word so damon is just fine, by the way um we'll be sharing a room if you dont trust anyone else yet." 'i have no idea why i said that last part it just feels wrong to be away from him and the way hes smiling and blushing proves hes okay with it.' i thought to myself then picked him back up and went to my office. i sat him down in a chair on the outside of my desk he looked cold but we dont have jackets because were wolves and hes not trained enough to know that so with out thinking i said "hey if your cold come sit with me in my chair." 'WHY THE HELL DID I SAY THAT HES DOESNT LIKE ME THAT WAY.......................wait do i like him that way..........yes yes i do he's my mate and now i know for sure because my wolf says so.....awesome!' he sat on my lap and sorta cuddeled into me it made me smile then i started my work. um about ten minutes later someone walked in it was my 'beta' or second in command jason..........he said "alpha we need to talk.............wait whats the rouge pup doin in your lap sleeping?" 'wait sleeping.........wow i was so consitrated on my work i didnt even realise he fell asleep its so cute......wait did jason say rouge where did he get that idea.' "why do you think hes a rouge? hes only two years younger then me and he didnt threaten us." "i know alpha but he doesnt smell like any of the packs we know or any at all hes either a rouge or an abondoned wolf, but the guys thinks hes a rouge so their all on high alert alpha but by the looks of it we have nothing to worry about he seems so calm around you why is that?" "um jason im kinda well his ah............m-mate." "wait what? mate? hows that possible i thought your mate died like four months ago before you even met the wolf?" "is it possible that he almost died the same second my mate supposivly died?" he looked puzzled at first then he understood and said "yes and about earlier um the vamps think were messin within their territory but now i believe it was him, and i dont think he even realizes it." "We'll then it's a good thing I'm here to protect him and I hope the rest of m pack will stand behind me.............hopefully."
