I woke up. My mom had texted me to come home. Since no one else was awake i wrote a note and put it by Rydel's bed.

Hey, my mom texted me and told me to come home. It was some type of emergency. I hope everything is ok. I will come back in a few days 💗💗

I got my stuff together and walked down the street to my house. I walked in and my mom was crying. I dropped my stuff and ran over to her. I put my arms around her and let her cry on my shoulder.

"Momma what's wrong?" I asked. I was still confused on why she is upset and crying. But seeing her upset makes me sad. "I went to the doctors today for my annual check up." She stopped to sniffle and blow her nose. "And they found that I have a rare type of Lung Cancer." she said. "How bad?" I asked. Hopefully if its not too bad, we can get it fixed.

"I have had it over 5 months they said." Oh wow. "Is there anything that they could do?" I asked still in hope. "They havent done enough research on this type of cancer to help. And even if they did, I'm too far in the cycle to be helped" she replied.

She started crying again. I got up and walked into the kitchen. When I was sad, my mom would make a special ice cream with my favorite candies on it.

I fixed her some vanilla ice cream with Snickers pieces on it with Hershey's chocolate fudge on it. I grabbed a cherry and put it on top.

I walked back into the living room where my mom was in and gave it to her. She smiled slightly knowing that I picked up after her. I grabbed the remote and got on Netflix and put on her favorite comedy movies. We sat around eating Ice cream and watching Netflix.

I looked at my mom. She was clearly happier. You can't completely get rid of the thought but you can cover it up by entertaining yourself.

After she ate all of her ice cream and finished watching about 3 movies, she passed out on the couch. I got up and put the ice cream bowls in the sink and washed them out. I covered my mom up with her favorite blanket. I turned off the tv and went to my room to unpack the clothes I had packed for when i was at the Lynch's.

After I unpacked, I decided to play on my phone a little bit. I looked at the time. 12:13 PM. That means I left early from over there. I mean like the sun was just coming up.

I had 6 missed calls. 12 messeges. 2 missed calls from Rydel, 3 missed calls from Ryland, and one missed call from Riker.

I opened my messeges to read the texts.

Rydel: Hey girl! Text me when you get this!
Rydel: Is everything ok?

Riker: hey you ok? Rydel told me about the letter.

Ryland: Is your mom ok?
Ryland: Are you ok?
Ryland: Please answer. Im scared to death right now

Rocky: is everything alright?

Ross: Hey do you need one of us to come over?
Ross: I can send Ry over there to comfort you.
Ross: or Delly

Ellington: Text us when you can. We are worried
Ellington: Does anyone need to come over there?

I replied to everyones text. Telling them that we are fine just some serious news. And I dont need anyone coming over. And that we love them.

I got up and went downstairs. My mom was still asleep. I decided to go get Starbucks and come back home. I ffigured I wouldnt be going over to the Lynch's for a couple of days to help my mom. I might call Rydel to help me.

I walked to Starbucks. I got a Grande Smores Frappuccino, a Grande Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino for my mom later, banana nut bread for my mom, 2 chocolate chip cookies, cake pops, and 2 Frappuccino cookie straws. I paid and left.
(By the way, that's really expensive😂😂)

When I got home my mom was waking up a little bit and I gave her her treats. "Whats all this for?" She asked. "I dont spend that much time with you and I know you like these types of treats so I spent them on you. And I needed some mother and daughter time with you." I replied.

She nodded her head and drank her drink and ate her treats. We sat around just talking for about an hour. I got bored so I was thinking of something to do.

"Do you want to go to the beach for a couple of days or go to Disney World?" I suggested. I have worked since I was about 10, babysitting and helping around the neighborhood. I saved up alot of money because I have always wanted to go to Disney World. "We have never been to Disney World. I would love to go there but I don't know if we could afford it" my mom said. We have had alot of economic issues.

I grabbed my phone and looked up how much it would cost plus rooming. $500.00 and extra money for food, gas, and all that. I had enough for that. When I was 12, I had to get a banking account for my money.

I told my mom I was going to the bank and left. I asked the lady if she could tell me how much was in my account and if I could take $900 out. "You have the balance of $157,198,320, and here is your $900. Be careful with it." She told me. I nodded and took the money. I went back home and told my mother to start packing.

She looked at me in disbelief. "Theres no way we could afford it." she said. I set down the $900 and let her count it. She got up. "Well what are we waiting for? Lets get packing" She said going to her room after handing my money back to me. I called the hotel close to Disney World and booked us a suite for tonight, tomorrow, and 3 more days. I finished packing and grabbed my surf boards in case we went to the beach out there too.

After we loaded the car with all of our stuff, we got ready to leave. If we were going to drive we have to start now. I texted Delly and told her our plans and she told me ahe was going to miss me and to have fun. Ry texted me and told me he was going to die without me. Ha.

I started the van and drove. We made a few quick stops for bathroom and gas. I drove for about another hour and we made it. It was 5 pm. I checked in to the hotel and we unloaded the car.

We got in the hotel and my mom was in awe about the suite. I want to make my mom happy. If she was about to die soon then I better start spending time now.

We walked out to the terrace and we had a perfect view of the sunset and the beach. We sat out there and watched the sun go down. I took a few pictures and posted them on social media. We decided to go to the new night service in Disney World. It was beautiful. We watched the fire works, rode a few rides, and when we got tired, I ordered our favorite pizza and went back to the room.  We relaxed for the rest of the night.

Tomorrow I'm planning on taking my mom on Splash Mountain and other cool rides, then take her to the beach, then watch the fire works again, and finally go to the spa and massage place. My mom would love that.

We got ready for bed and drifted off to sleep.
