Hello! It's Megan (( @Ransuiz )) once again. And here we are with the Words of Wisdom part! Since the actual person who assigned to do this was either excused or left, Im filling their place as a back-up.
" KᑎOᗯIᑎG ᗯᕼᗩT IT ᖴEEᒪᔕ TO ᗷE Iᑎ ᑭᗩIᑎ, Iᔕ E᙭ᗩᑕTᒪY ᗯᕼY ᗯE TᖇY TO ᗷE KIᑎᗪ TO OTᕼEᖇᔕ." - Jiraiya
I find these words very meaningful actually. There is a deep and touching meaning behind it. This quote is said by the late Jiraiya. And well, he's an experienced person.
Now, let's jump to the actual quote. To be honest, I could say that I've experienced a lot of pain through my life gradually. Every person had and will. It's very hard when you're in pain. It's a struggle to brush pain off like its nothing. It takes a whole lot of willpower and courage to overcome your pain.
Pain can come in many different ways though. But I guess from what I see, people get affected a lot by others. What I'm tying to point out is, people feel pain worse when other people hurt them, especially when it's the people they love. People who aren't kind and are causing pain to others might seem actually heartless, but maybe they're doing this because they, themselves, feel pain and need to put it all on others.
That's not good. And it will probably make them feel worse.
I think when you're in pain, it's better for you to be kind and make others happy. It will give you a feeling of relief. It will help you in overcoming it and viewing it from a different perspective.
And I'm not saying that out of nothing, I'm saying it because that's what I've experienced. When I'm hurt or depressed, I get very distant, but when I see that someone smiled because of me, because of my "kindness", I'd feel happy.
Kindness can make you feel happy actually. I've heard this phrase - "Kill with kindness" - from a song and I think that it's cool. What's meant isn't to actually kill with kindness, but to be actually kind.
If you're kind to your haters, you might actually change how they feel towards you. They might change their perspective of you because of your kindness.
If you were kind with strangers, you'll give them a perfect first impression.
If you're kind with your friends, they'll love you and cherish you more and look up to you.
If you're kind with people who aren't kind to you, you'll make them feel bad and guilty for not ever being nice to you.
If you're kind to kids, good kids will respect you. (( There is a reason why I added "good" ))
Now let's look at the quote again. It states that when you know the feeling of pain, you'll always be kind to others. Did you ever wonder why?
It's because you probably don't want others to be in pain as well. This applies to me as a person. I would never be okay if I was the reason of someone's anxiety, pain, and negativeness. I'd rather die.
Which is exactly why I would love to treat others with kindness. It's to make me forget pain for at least a second. It's to make others feel okay, better, and happier. It's for me to feel happy and relieved as a person. It's for society as well.
Also, I want to add up that being kind isn't a weakness and won't make you naive. Even though I'm kind, I can whoop anyone's ass if I wanted to. But it's not good and won't do me anything.
Be kind to relieve yourself and forget pain.
I hope you all learned something or realized something in here. To be honest, this is how I view Jiraiya's quote. I think it's really meaningful if you thought about it.
Thanks!
