Being the daughter of three of the most powerful gods is, I suppose, a big deal. Let's start with the basics, my name is Kate. I know, small name for a big family. I have been trained since I was six, to be a human assassin. When I mean human, I mean I assassinate certain humans to protect important ones or the gods themselves. Not meaning I'm a human. I am accompanied by my good friend who I was trained with, Jackson. He is also an assassin, who may need to assassinate different people. We assassins don't work together, we work alone. Why don't I tell you the whole story before we speed up to the present?
Sitting in a room with Zeus, Poseidon and Hermes, was where I first heard my fate. "She was created with our three great bloods in her to rule one of our kingdoms!" boomed Zeus. "She has more of a chance in learning the fighting skills of our heritage and the literature than ruling a kingdom!" shot Poseidon. "She will always be right for the ruling and teachings of our heritage, but she will never harness a true meaning here. If she is trained as a soldier or..." "Hermes, she will never be able to fight in battle, and if you dare say what I think you're going to say, mark my words, I will cut your throat here and now with pleasure." Hermes studied his face. "Or an assassin." Zeus as you could see his expression was filled with rage. As Zeus went to grab the pen on the marble table, Poseidon clasped his wrist. "Zeus, he may have a point. If Kate was true to rule a kingdom, she would have only had one of our three bloods." "How could you take his side? She is true in blood to rule, not to slaughter." Poseidon turned to me. "Kate, go out the room." I sat and stayed to watch the show. "Kate." I could see in his eyes the sea, telling me to go. I walked out, shutting the doors behind me. As I listened to the mumbling behind the great doors, the yelling's also broke the mumbles to shouts. Minutes after I had left, Poseidon pushed the doors out to find me on the marble floor. "Come with me child, you are to be trained to do horrific things." I followed Poseidon to the end of the corridor. I turned before entering my life, to see Hermes and Zeus watching me scatter away. "Kate, don't forget who you really are, my girl." Zeus mimed in lips to me as I left. This was only the beginning I thought. I was right.
