    You're right. I should consider weight loss. I've never been the skinniest girl but I never thought I was the fattest. I stared in a mirror for hours after you called me fat earlier this morning. I saw the rolls you mentioned and how I don't have curves in the right places. My thighs are too big and my calves too full. My arms appear like balloons and my face looks more bloated than an elephants. I looked up some good diet plans and eventually got to a site that told me how to eat less. Water. Pain. Motivation.

Drink water was one of the biggest ones on there. Pain was second with suggestions of wearing a hair tie and snapping it on my wrist when hungry. Food equals pain.

Lastly was motivation. I need motivation. Some suggestions were carrying around a 'fat' picture of me or measuring a string around my waist and then wearing it on my wrist to remind myself how fat I am. I hope you don't mind though. You are some of my motivation.
