Chatper 3

Irene's POV

I just finish clearing the table near the window. I can't help but smile as I watch the old couple leaving the cafe hand in hand .
"Aww so sweet" i cant help but think
"Yeah too bad you aren't even trying hard enough to find our mate" my wolf sarcastically said. I rolled my eyes and release a stressed sigh. I blocked her after that and continued myself to clean up the table. My wolf is the best friend I have ever had. Ever since my parents died shes's the only one I talked to for months. I love my wolf but sometimes it really knows how to piss me off.

As I'm finishing on cleaning the table I stopped and looked outside.

"The moon is so beautiful, i really like the moon" i said to my wolf.

"Yeah you like it alright besides the moon is our creator, we are the moon goddess's children after all. Thats why we really should like or love it, not her sister the sun goddess who created those shadow freaks"  she said laughing.

I laughed too. I blocked her again after hearing my managers voice calling out for me to open another line for the customers who are waiting patiently in long line. Our cafe is the most popular here alright. And even at night some people just love to have coffee. I look at the moon one last time then hurriedly walk to the counter to open another line.

I flashed my sweetest smile and said "this line is open"
And I watch as 8 gorgeous guys who are wearing all black outfits came in front of me to fall in line. "Jeez who died?" My wolf said. I blocked her and I finally said "Happy evening! welcome to Dolce Cafe, what can I get you?" I asked the guy who is in front of me smiling cutely with his brown hair pushed back. I can already tell he has a body to die for like Brandon. He finally gave me his orders 9 coffee and 9 donuts. I smiled back at him sweetly before leaving the counter to prepare his orders. And I swear as soon as I put the first couple of donuts that he ordered, I swear he winked at me! I can feel my cheeks getting hotter.

"Mood Goddess help me" i said mostly for myself

I turned my back and thought "is he flirting with me?" I decided to just finish in preparing all his orders. I return back to the customer and gave his orders. "Thank you" he said while smiling sweetly. I gave him the containers and I swear he touched my hand on not so accidentally way.

"Can I at least know your name miss beautiful?" The jerk asked. Yep its confirmed this guy is trying to hit on me.

I frowned and I pointed my name tag on my left part of chest. And he read it while smiling

"Ren"

"Alec" i heard someone say. And the smell of wood like vanilla envelope the whole cafe. And its very addictive. I saw a very handsome guy walk his way to the guy who is flirting with me on line. He stands tall with his model like height. His face is so perfect it looks like it was sculpted by the Moon Goddess itself. His eyebrows is thick in a beautiful way. His hair is raven black obviously smooth his eyes is gray. His jaw looks so strong, his lips rested in thin line but looks so beautiful and kissable with its pinkish to reddish color. His body is just like the guy in front of me and Alpha Brandon but a lil bit bigger and define. He looks so strong and intimidating but at the same time he looks heavenly. Like an angel who came down to heaven who used his looks to be a top model of a very well known magazine. He is simply breath taking.

I gulped.

And I turned my head back to the guy in front of the line still holding my hand while we both are holding the coffee. The jerk is still smiling at me!

Cal's POV

"Mate! Mate! Mate!" My wolf howled excitedly.

I went out of the car to get a closer look. I saw her smile sweetly to Alec. My wolf growl angrily. "Ours! Only ours!"  My wolf said angrily. I cant believe this! I cant be distracted with mate now! Im so close in wiping the rogues community! I should just leave her and reject her. Yes thats it I should just do that! I said to myself. I tried to control myself. I watch her through the window as she turned her back to Alec and faced him again handling the coffees Alec ordered. And I almost lost it as I saw Alec touched her hand. I finally decided to go inside hurriedly. Alec is my best friend alright but he is actually flirting with my mate!

"shit!" I cursed to myself. Im beginning to be a protective and a possessive mate!

I went inside and I called Alec's name. He didn't look back at me he still has his eyes on my mate. I frowned. Its rare to see Alec like a love struck puppy. I finally look at her, my mate. And I cursed myself once more.
