-HARRY'S POV-

New York City. The city that has created so many great things. And here I am walking down the streets. Looking at all the sights and taking in everything. Leaving behind my family and stuff has been hard. I mean no matter how upset I get with them, at the end of the day I love them. I love them. I cannot stop loving them. It's impossible. My family is the only good thing in my life. They are everything I want and need. And maybe that's the way I am.

Attempting to walk through the streets of the city is harder than it looks. You have fans bombarding you and trying to take a picture with you. I just want to be by myself. Don't they have to go to school or something? Do they have anything better to do? I mean I love them all but sometimes enough is a enough. I just want to be able to walk down a street without being tackled. I mean they all have a good heart and they want to see me but sometimes I need some space. They could take a few steps back and just admire from afar. That would be a whole lot better.

I was walking down the sidewalk with Niall. He was gaping at the tall buildings. He smiled at the fans as we walked passed them. They kept asking him to marry him. He said yes to all of them. They asked that question to me and I just smiled. I didn't want to answer them. I didn't want to get their hopes up. Niall stood in front of me as he stopped and looked at Times Square. There were signs on all the buildings. It was really cool. Niall's head and mine covered every inch of that place. Staring at each building taking in all the sights. It was just different from what we were used too.

Both of us were then pushed by our body guards to the left so that we could be told where to move. The fans sort of died down as we just stood there. Were we boring just standing there? Niall walked next to me and he was talking about something Louis said the other day.

"Are you listening Harry?" he asked

"Yeah," I responded even though I wasn't.

"Harry, you got to try here," he answered.

"What?" I looked at him

"You need to show the fans that we are friends. And I would really like you to be my friend," he answered. He sounded as if he was gay.

"Sure," I smiled.

That smile was fake. I have no intention on being friends with them. These guys are out to get me but I must keep my enemies close. So I can pretend to be his friend. I can fake it can't I?

"Good! So what do you want to do now?" he asked

"Let's get something to eat," I answered.

"Okay, let's go down to that place down there," he pointed down to a little restaurant hidden from the other big restaurants.

"Okay," I answered.

"I'll let the other guys know to meet up with us," he took out his phone and sent out a text to the rest of the lads.

"Okay," I answered looking at my reflection in the glass windows.

All the buildings here seemed to be a reflective surface. Does this city want you to see how different you are compared to the rest of the world? Does it want you to see what you have become? Does this city have something against other people seeing you and not seeing them? What is it with all these reflective surfaces? It is kind of creepy. I rather not stare at myself.

"They'll be here in a few minutes," Niall answered looking at me from the reflective surface.

"Cool," I answered and spun around and continued walking to the restaurant.
