Oliver is a sweet young bear who loves flowers. His favorite are sunflowers because of their big bright appearance. He would often secretly pluck out a couple of them and place them beside his bed so he could wake up the next morning to the sight of these flowers.
Oliver loves the bees. They take the nectar from the sunflowers and turn them into yummy honey. Oliver loves yummy honey. One day, he went to the bees to ask for some.
"We don't have any more honey to give. We can't get enough nectar from the sunflowers because they seem to be slowly disappearing." said the bees.
Oliver was shocked. He realized it was his fault for plucking out the flowers. When he went home, he looked at the flowers beside his bed. He noticed they're not as beautiful as the ones planted outside. He took the flowers and all the seeds he had collected, went to the fields and started to plant them. When the bees saw him, they thanked him and helped him. Everyday, Oliver watered the flowers and sang to them. Because of this, the bees loved him. Oliver enjoyed caring for the flowers much better than plucking them.
Three months later, the sunflowers bloomed to be much beautiful than they once were and Oliver and the bees loved them even more. As a present, the bees gave Oliver a big jar of yummy honey.
"This is the yummiest honey I've ever tasted!" Oliver exclaimed. The end.
