Emma's POV
What time is it??? It's 7:55 and school starts at 8!!! So I throw on leggings, and Simply Southern t shirt. Oh no. I don't have time to do my makeup. Or straighten my hair. So people will just have to see me for me again. My ugly self. Wait I could bring mascara in the car. But that wouldn't help anyway. Guess today will just be another day like the past.
I walk in the school with my head down. Hope no one sees me. Wait. Why is Hayes standing at my locker? Um.. I don't know what to do. I try to walk past but he sees me. Oh god.
Hayes POV
Here she comes. I have something important to ask her but I do t know how to. She sees me. And walks away. This me I have to catch her. "Hey Emma" "hey" why is she looking down. "Hey" the. She looks up. No makeup. But her blue eyes are beautiful.
Emma's POV
Why is he just looking at me. He sees me without makeup and knows I'm the same ugly girl.
Hayes POV
