The farther they got in the tunnels, the more Addy felt like herself. She still had Stiles by her side, just to make sure she was upright rather than falling to the ground. It was hard to focus on what was happening down there when all she could think of was what had happened to Liam and Scott.

It wasn't often that Scott roared like that, and when he did, it usually wasn't good. She hated to admit how worried she was for Liam. He could handle himself, but she couldn't help but wonder if he was okay. Addy wanted nothing more than to go back up and see if he was okay, but she couldn't leave Stiles down here with Theo.

"I thought you had her scent?" Stiles questioned, as Theo put his ear to the wall.

"I lost it."

"So? Find it again." Stiles was exasperated. Addy was on her feet by herself now, and was feeling much better, although her head was pounding. It was just a dull ache that wouldn't go away.

"What do you smell down here, Stiles?"

"Chemicals," Addy answered before him. "It's all I can smell, too."

"Exactly, which is why I'm trying something different. So can you shut up and let me concentrate?" Addy sighed and leaned against the wall. They were wasting time.

"We're gonna find her," Stiles said, grabbing Addy's arm and pulling her down the tunnel. They weren't having any luck with Theo, so why not go by themselves?

"You know you won't, Stiles. You're going to have to trust me, the both of you." Theo made eye contact with Addy. She returned it with a glare. There wasn't a chance that she was going to trust him again.

"Trust you?" Stiles scoffed. "The guy who murdered his own sister when he was nine?"

"Yeah, I was nine years old. I also believed a guy in a red suit came down the chimney to–"

"Stop it, both of you," Addy snapped. "We don't have time for your sob story, and we definitely don't have time to work through our trust issues. Let's find Lydia and get the hell out of here."

As soon as she finished saying that, a scream echoed through the tunnels: a banshee scream. Addy knew that scream all too well. Her jaw clenched. They needed to find her. Lydia wasn't going to last much longer with that hole in her head.

"What direction was that? Where is it coming from?" Stiles asked.

"Everywhere."

Addy ran down the tunnels. They had split up in hopes to find Lydia, but it was useless. Everything looked the same. It was going to be impossible to find her without some sort of clue. She hated those tunnels with a burning passion.

Her stomach was hurting again. Maybe from the running she was doing, or maybe from whatever the hell happened to her back in Eichen. She was still majorly confused by everything, but it was best not to think about it at the time. There were bigger things to worry about, like getting back to Stiles and Theo. She didn't need to get lost by herself down there.

"Oh, thank god. Come on." Addy had barely rounded the corner when Stiles muttered out those words. The two boys waited long enough for her. It was only two minutes but that was two minutes of being closer to Lydia.

Theo managed to find out where she was, with the help of their human friend. He knocked out one of the pipes to hear better, and was able to listen to a conversation between Valack and Lydia. It wasn't looking good for the banshee. Stiles wanted to get to her and get her to Deaton's before it was too late.
