Chapter 6

Sharna cocked her head at the sight of her hat. Then she rubbed her eyes a couple of times.

"I'veneverseensoomuchcashinoneplacethatsmineinMYLIFE!!!!" Sharna half whispered half screamed."

"Bu-Wha-Ho-Wh-?" I say
I'm practically speechless. I can only mumble a few words at a time. I have no idea what to say.

My wide eyes meet Sharna's. " Where did all this cash come from?"

"I don't know " Sharna mumbles. "I've only done this a few times but I've never gotten this much money before. I haven't gotten this many golden coins before either!"

I look down at the coins. "Well" I say "What do you want to do with it?"

Sharna taps her chin thoughtfully. "Hmmmm...". Then her face lights up. "How about we stop by Chic-fl-a and stick to the original plan?"

"Kewl." I stick my hands into my pockets and smile. "That sounds great." I divert my eyes to the coins. Even though it's almost sunset the coins glisten and shine in the orange lights. It's funny how people can find beauty in the simplist things. Such as a hat full of coins just.....sitting there.

Sharna walks over to the hat and picks it up. More like tried to pick it up.
She wrapped both hands around the hat and heaved. It didn't budge. Then she tried to pick it up by the bill. It didn't budge. Then Sharna and I tried to pick it up by the bill togethere. It moved!

An inch.

Sharna wipes the sweat from her forehead. " How are we going to transport all this money?" She says.

I tap my chin thinking thoughtfully. " Maybe we could coaxe some guys to help us? I saw some cute guys staring at us earlier. Maybe they would be willing to help."

Sharna shakes her head. " No no no then they may harrase us for money. Or worse....." she trails off.

"We could take it by handfuls to the bank?" I say

"The bank is 2 miles from here and who will watch the money while were gone?"

I shrug my shoulders."We're not going to get anywhere if we don't trust someone. Do you at least have any guy freind's that could help us?"

I look at her mischievously "Or yah know a guy that's more than a freind?" I shimmy over to her and wiggle my eyebrows.

"Oh cut it out Alana." Sharna says playfully pushing me.

"Do you?" Sharna asks

"No I don't get out much." I say slowly.

"Oh."

There's an awkward silence for a bit then Sharna snaps her fingers.

" I know!"she says." I have two freind's that can help us. Lorrie and Zaphron. Lorries is a girl but she's extremely muscular. Zaphron is a guy and he's.... well.... somewhat muscular. Once we find them we can take it to the bank. Lorrie owns a hover Honda too."

"Kewl well where in Palana are they?"

"Crazy close actually. Lorrie works in Caro Mall at Sephora. And Zaphron can be found....well...around." she looks down and sticks her hands in her pockets. " Just know that he's not hard to find."

The way Sharna talks about Zaphron makes me cautiously curious about him. Why doesn't he have a job? And why is he just around? And WHYYYYYY does Sharna look down when talking about him?

"So who do you want to find first?" She asks as her perkiness returns.

"Hmm let's find Lorrie she sounds cool. And umm Sharna?"
