"Ah. It's that time of the year again" I whispered to myself gleefully "My babies are growing up!"

"What babies!?" A voice asked behind me making me jump "Whoops. Sorry did I startle you?" She asked

"A bit. Yes, anyway is he here!?" I can't contain my excitement I started to peace back and forth

"Yep. I dragged him here kicking and screaming!" She announced proudly dragging him into the kitchen by his collar.

The door suddenly bursts open

"It's not fair! That's bullshit!" Jeff yelled tailing Ben "I don't get it! She could've just shared the cake. I'm her boyfriend you know." he whined

"Jeff you stupid fool! Girls do not share cakes! Especially if it's good cake!" Ben replied putting his arm around Sally "Right, babe?" Sally nods in agreement

"But.. Cake.. I really want cake.." Jeff whined once more hitting his head to the wall

"Umm. Jeff. I think you're getting cake.." Ben replied looking at me

"OHMYGOSHREALLYALLIWANTINLIFEISCAKE!?" He asked gasping for air

"Yup its HIS -Ben points across the table- special day!"

"OMG TNK haven't seen you for a long time!! Who's the guy you got in tow?" Jeff asked tilting his head to the side

"Just a special friend who wanted cake on his special day" TNK replied with a smile "just hope he likes it"

"Why? Is getting a dog!? A cat!? OHMYGAWD is he getting a giraffe!?!?!?" Jeff asked jumping up and down

"No you moron!!" TNK puts her arms around his neck "today's the day this guy was born!"

"Ohh.." Jeff sighed defeated "I really wanted a giraffe.."

"Sorry Jeffy! No giraffe today.. But it sure is one special day!" TNK said kissing his cheek
