I woke up by the sound of birds chirping. It was a sunny day, but in the distance, I could see a dark cloud. The sun wouldn't last for long. I put some clothes on and walked down the stairs. Mum was already in the kitchen; making porridge for breakfast. "Morning mum." I said with a cherry voice.
"Morning my lovely." Mum replied happily.
I phoned up the doctors and your appointment is at 1:45 with Doctor Green.
"Ok." I said.

When we finally arrived into town, we looked round the shops and bought a few things and then we went to McDonalds for lunch.
It was 1:20 when we finished lunch so we slowly started walking to the doctors. We was a few minutes early so we sat down and read a magazine.
"Emily Radnor?" Doctor Green called out.
Me and mum stood up in union.
We walked across the room towards Doctor Green, she gave us a warm smile and gestured to her room down the hall.

"So what seems to be the problem?" Doctor green asked as all three of us say down.
"Well I've been having bad dreams ever since I was little, I sleep walk too. But then when I wake up in the morning, my feet hurt so badly. I have headaches too, but the other day, I woke up coughing and spluttering barely controlling my breath." I stated.
"I've never saw her like that, it was terrifying!" My mum cried.
"Oh dear, well, I understand what you're going through, because this happened to me when I was your age Emily." Doctor Green confessed.

My jaw dropped open. "Really?" I asked.
"Really." Doctor Green copied.
" All I advise you to do is every night before bed, take some coughing and sleeping pills, and Mrs Radnor, if you ever hear her walking round the house at night and she's asleep, don't wake her, just gently guide her up the stairs and put her back to bed.
