Levi x Reader (Attack On Titan)

A New World - Part 1

"Captain (y/n!)" One of your troops shouts through your office door.

"Name and business?" You call, wiping a dirty spot on your desk.

"Cadet Smith, I have urgent news!" He shouts.

"Come in" You order. He rushes through the door and you look at him with your rare, grey eyes.

"C-Captain! Our tracker eagles, the ones we sent out to find any more surviving humans..." He pants.

"What about them?" You ask, straightening in your chair.

"T-They found a city! A walled city!" 

"Bullshit!" You shout.

"It's true" He cries.

"How far away?" You growl.

"It's a weeks worth of travelling North by horseback" He says. You hesitate.

"Saddle the horses and prepare a week's worth of food and water for 3 troops and 3 horses" You order.

"Yes Captain" The troop says happily and salutes you before rushing off. Is it true? You think. Is there really another city out there? Is it the same as Titania, your home? Once everything is set up, you mount your horse. You take two other troops with you, Mark and Jack.

"(y/n)..." Your annoying friend, Shan, says. Shan is obsessed with Titans and their anatomy. "Good luck out there" He sighs, pushing his glasses back into place. You sigh and nod. You check your Flight Gear. It is a special machine that is strapped around your chest and back. It acts as wings when you put it into action. It mostly relies on the wind to glide but it has boosters on the tips of the wings if there is a lack of wind. You are also wearing a belt with two sword strapped to it. The swords are activated when your hands touch the handle. The blades start to glow orange, this is because they heat up to an extreme temperature. The reason for this is so that if you cut one of a Titan's limbs off, it heat acts as a gauze and seals the wound, meaning the limb can't grow back.

"Let's go!" You order and the three of you ride off into the seemingly endless world of Titans.

A Week Later

The week that you've been through has been harsh. You lost both of the troops you came with and all of the horses, which were carrying the supplies. You fought through it all. You haven't eaten anything in a day and you've just drunken the last drop of water. When you are just about to loose hope, you spot a wall in the distance. There it is! You gasp in your mind. The walled city! You make yourself keep going. A Titan suddenly appears out of nowhere. 

"Shit!" You cry. I can't die. I've made it this far! Those troops won't die in vain! A burst of adrenaline and hope sparks the last bit of energy in you and you sprint. The Titan look like a 6 meter class and isn't that fast but you're tired and hungry, making you slower than usual.

"I can make it!" You scream. You're almost there. Then you notice the gate. The gate... It's closed! "Open the gate" You screech as loud as you can. If there really are people there, they can't hear you. There is a good distance between you and the Titan but it's not going to make a difference if this gate doesn't open. You can't fly because your flight gear is out of fuel and you can't fight because you won't be able to reach it's neck. "Open the gate..." You cry and bang your fists against the wooden gate. "Please..." You whisper and slump against the gate. The Titan picks you up with ease and holds you in front of his face. It opens it's giant mouth and slowly brings you towards it's face. There is a flash of blades and the Titan drops you. Before you hit the floor, you see a glint of metal and a figure catches you. They take you to the top of the walls using a strange, grappling device. You finally get a look at the figure who saved you.

It's a man with short, straight black hairstyle with an undercut. His eyes are a dull blue and he is wearing a strange uniform with a picture of two wings on it. He is holding you bridle style. He sets you down.

"Who are you?" He demands in a strangely calm voice. You can't deny that you find him attractive. The way he orders you about tell you that he's not interested in the weak, scared type. You straighten up.

"Captain (f/n) (l/n) of Titania" You say proudly. "And you?"

"Captain Levi Ackerman of the Survey Corps"
