"Before I got a car when I was growing up I lived in a big neighborhood, and one thing that would always calm me down were runs. Mainly because whatever I started feeling overwhelmed for anxious one thing I would always help me was running or is going for a walk on the sidewalk, and then I would tell my parents that I was running I could do whatever I felt like doing I could listen to music, I could watch Netflix, I can watch YouTube videos. Would just relaxed me a lot I had half an hour just to calm down if I was arguing with one of our parents, if I was arguing with a friend or my sister. That all helped calm me down and help me get an escape from reality. If something wasn't going right and sometimes I would just walk from one place to another over and over again and that way I would have at least 10 minutes to 30 minutes of me just thinking I can text friends or I could just listen to music or do something that was relaxing to me." That's where I end my blog post for the night.

I will be making his school year ending faster, then skip over the summer. Also I'm going back to school in a couple of weeks so if I miss an update then that's why, I will try not to make it happen a lot.
