Chapter 2

Arriving at his house, Roberto was already outside mowing the lawn.

"Hey," he said turning off the machine.

"Hey," you said back.

"What brings you here?" Roberto asked.

"Thought I'd visit you, how you doing?" You answered.

"I've been alright, I've been healing and improving. Back to my old strength. How you been?" Roberto stated.

"I've been good. Couldn't be better actually."

"That's good to hear."

"Yeah, well I've gotta go, I wanna surprise Geoffrey at his interview today."

You guys got closer and gave each other a hug. Before you could let go, Roberto was able to give you a quick kiss on the lips. You pushed him away and put your hand over your mouth,

"What was that all about?" You shouted.

"(T/n), we need to talk." Roberto said.

"No, there's nothing to talk about." You quickly ran to the car, jumped right in, and left.

"What had just happened?" You thought.

"I can't mention this to Royce, he'll be upset with me."

You finally made it the conference Royce would be at. Entering the building, Jennifer was right at the door to give you a backstage pass. You made it through the back and right on stage was Royce. Of course Geoffrey was there answering the questions his fans had for him. Then, turning towards the left, Royce spotted you. He quickly excused himself and went to go grab you. He had brought you up on stage with him.

"Ladies and gentleman, my fiancé, (t/n)."

A huge round of applause was given to you. Roycenaticas had gifts to give you as if they knew you were gonna be there. You felt very special that day, but you couldn't quite enjoy it from what had happened earlier.
