"Okay, well thank you for letting us know. We will be there in about an hour." I could hear mom sigh as she hung up the phone. "Avery, get together a blanket, a pillow, and a change of clothes! We have to go to the hospital and I don't know how long we'll be there."
"Is everything okay?" I asked as I gathered the supplies. "Not really. I'll explain in the car." We got in the car and I started preparing myself for the explanation and the hour long ride to the hospital. "Aunt Rebecca and Ivey got into an accident. They found my number in both Rebecca and Ivey's phone. So, they gave me a call to let me know what had happened. I guess the car fell off the bridge." I was speechless. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Aunt Rebecca is usually the type to be extremely careful on the road and stuff. This doesn't make any sense!!!
