"Oof!" I was snapped out of my thoughts when I knocked into a muscular figure.

I looked up and saw a very familiar face.

"Jimin?" I gasped. I didn't expect to see him at this time.

"Yo, what are you doing still in school?" Jimin gave me an eye smile.

"I could ask you the same." I said and walked past him, desperate to escape from his pressurising gaze.

However, I couldn't take a few steps away from him before getting held back.

"Hold on, I have stuff to ask you." Jimin said seriously and pulled me into the nearest classroom.

He sat me down on a chair and dragged another opposite me. He plopped down on the chair and slammed his hand on the table between us, surprising me.

"First question. Who is this other Park Jimin you were talking about?" He demanded.

I fought back the urge to roll my eyes at his rudeness and answered, "he's you."

"Stop fooling around, I am not him." Jimin glared at me.

"You are him, just without memories. They have been reset." I insisted.

"How...?" Jimin muttered, obviously not believing my words.

"You can ask Jin and Namjoon in the student information room." I said plainly.

"Okay.. then next, why do I keep dreaming of you lately?" Jimin tilted his head.

I blushed slightly at the question. "Y-you might be getting back your memories slowly. What do you dream of?"

"I was in this kitchen and you came out of a room like you just woke up. On some other days, I'll be talking to you while walking on the pavement. We always talked about.. protection?" Jimin shrugged.

"Uh, yeah. It's quite unbelievable, but you were an angel before you lost your memory. You were sent down to protect me for 3 years, but it got shortened because you allowed others to see you." I explained as I watched Jimin process everything.

"Next question. How did I become an angel?" Jimin rested his head on his palm.

"You committed suicide. You drowned in the tub." I shrugged. After what the twins told me, I couldn't even believe the words spilling out of my mouth.

Jimin's eyes widened as he suddenly gripped onto his head, causing me to panic.

"Jimin?! Jimin, are you okay?" I panicked.

Suddenly, the door burst open and the twins rushed to Jimin. They held onto his arms. Jimin suddenly stopped flailing around and looked up at me. His eyes were a golden colour.

"Young Ji, check your timer frequently. Don't open the door for random strangers. Go home immediately after school and don't come out for this whole week." Jimin suddenly spoke again with his sweet voice.

"Why are you talking like you're dying soon?" I asked in a rushed manner and tried to hold onto him in any way possible.

"Bye, Choi Young Ji. Stay safe. My blessings are with you." He said, a single tear rolling down his cheek.

As soon as he finished talking, Jimin's eyes returned to normal and he lifelessly fell into the arms of the twins. I looked to the both of them in confusion, hoping that they would be able to help me comprehend everything that just happened.

However, they seemed just as confused as us and stood unmoving. They quickly got themselves together and gently lay Jimin on the floor, then standing up to face me.

"As much as we are confused like you, I think I have a slight idea of what happened." Jin started, gaining the attention of both Namjoon and I. "Jimin, who disappeared not too long ago, had returned to the human world. However, he did not permanently take over the body of this 'Jimin', as you might have already caught on. This Jimin, who has absolutely no memories of being an angel, is considered a totally different soul from the angel Jimin we all know. Since it has been too long of a time period that the human Jimin has been in this body, the angel Jimin can't take over, hence causing this.

However, as the angel Jimin has successfully managed to take over the body momentarily, has a small chance of being able to return and take over the body currently inhabited by human Jimin, permanently this time. The only thing that confuses me now is why he told you all that." Jin explained, hoping to make it more clear to us, but only confusing me more.

"What he means is that the angel Jimin might have a chance of coming back, but he doesn't know why Jimin told you all that." Namjoon said plainly.

Jin nodded at his words. "I have a theory to why he said that, if you may allow me to explain." I nodded for him to continue. "Jimin, who was sent to protect you, disappeared because he took a life when you were not the one who was in danger, causing him to disappear. God is punishing him for not using his powers wisely and is probably leaving him under probation for the time-being. If I'm not wrong, he wouldn't be back for a long time, so he came back for a short while to warn you about things... blah blah blah. I guess the wisest thing to do now is to just stay safe until Jimin comes back."

After hearing Jin's lengthy explanation, I can't help but feel a wave of relief. At least now I knew that Jimin would most probably come back soon.

"Thanks, you two. You two have been helping me out a lot recently, I owe you two one. But can you help me out and wait till he wakes up? I should probably start heeding Jimin's words before I die or something." I cracked a smile at the end.

The twins chuckled simultaneously before bidding me goodbye.

As I left the school building, I silently chuckled to myself about how synchronised the twins were. My mind trailed back to Jin's words. I knew for a fact that his words were only predictions and theories, but I can't help but feel that I would meet Jimin again.

What I didn't expect, was that Jimin would only appear when it was a life-or-death situation.

This will be the last cliffhanger, I promise ;)
