Chapter Four: Sam and Nathan.

OCTOBER, 14, FRIDAY...

"You're going to fucking kill me with this idea, guys"
I stared at the two guys, trying to get me to do some crazy idea, to get some money.
"Come on, it's only a bank. It's not going to kill you" Sam said grabbing my arm and shaking it.
"Where's the Luna we know?" Nate's voice rang out in the small warehouse, that we had for plans.
"Alright fine, let's do this" I said, while the two cheered and gave me a mask and gun. We entered our van, and Nate got on his computer and started to hack the cameras and alarm system. I checked my phone, on the way to the bank, it's three in the morning, who would text me?

Jake (the only sunshine in my life)  sent 2:30 am
Are you busy tonight? We haven't hanged out. Btw do your homework.

Wanna come with us to karaoke?

Dylan😂⭐ sent 1:30 am
Hang out? Bowling?

    Once Nate hacked the cameras and turned them off. Sam and I proceeded to walk to any windows are doors unlocked, probably none.

Augustus

I walked around town for a bit, letting the breeze hit my face and I stared at the pebbles around my feet, kicking a few of them. It's three in the morning, and no one is awake, its quite calming, not having sounds interrupting anything.
I miss Luna.
I miss her a lot.

     I don't know why she just left me at the arcade, and after I got chased by the owner, but I out ran him and got on the motorcycle.
 Plus, she always now with Dylan all the time. I don't like that.
   I mean, what's so great about Dylan, his grades, his future and his life. I'm way better, my charm makes girls go crazy, and some how I can't get her to fall for my charm.

  I walked around the streets, not caring to look where I'm going. I hear a crash and I see two people escape the bank with bags of money and they're talking to each other.
"HEY YOU TWO!" I yelled so they could look at me.
The two people stopped and looked at me, I started to run at them.
Bad idea Augustus...

"Illusion, it's your turn" the other guy with a mask said.
I heard, and the person with bright blue eyes stared at me and looked almost sad?
The person shook it off and moved her hand to the other guy to go forward and he ran into a van, she ran to me and she punched my square in the jaw.

I punched the person back in the stomach, the person grunted and I tried to hit again, but the person dodged and kicked my stomach. Then straddled me and punched me again and again.
  I was almost knocked out, but the person stopped and took my phone and completely smashed it.
The person stood up covered in blood, and stared at me. The street lights were dimly lighted, and her eyes radiated in the darkness. The person kneeled down and whispered.
I'm sorry.
I saw blackness after that.

Luna
"HEY YOU TWO!"
Sam and I heads snapped to the person yelling at us.
I saw him, Augustus Reed.
Not now Reed...
He started to run at us, Sam rolled his eyes and told me to take care of it while he walked to the van, and threw the bags inside and yelled at me to hurry up.

I ran at him, not letting my mask fall down my face and revealing my identity. I punched him in the jaw, but me not being fast enough, let him punch me in the stomach.
I grunted and narrowed my eyes at Augustus.

    He tried to punch me, but I quickly dodged him and kicked him the jaw sending him to the ground. I straddled him, and kept punching him. Punch by punch, my knuckles started to hurt and he was bleeding.

I stood up and stared at him, hopeless and scared.
I'm so sorry Augustus, but this is business.
I kneeled and whispered into his ear.
And punched him with all my force, knocking him out.
