Frisk lays in her bed starring up at the white ceiling above her. She turns her head to look at her flower friend who was in a peaceful sleep. The girl turns her head back to look at the ceiling. Her mind was racing not allowing her to give up to the dream world. Frisk turns her body so she was now facing the wall. She nuzzles into the blanket and closes her eyes, hoping the dream world would allow her to enter.

Frisk opens her eyes but was surprised when sunlight wasn't in her bedroom blinding her. She turns her body to look out the window and it was pitch black outside, most likely around 3am. Frisk rubs her eyes and gets out of the slightly warm bed. She makes her way out of her bedroom and down the hallway, not even trying to be quiet.

The teen enters the kitchen and opens the fridge. Frisk close her eyes when the bright light hit her face. She blinks a few times allowing her eyes to adjust to the burning light. After her eyes adjust she grabs the gallon of water and sets it on the counter top. She lets go of the refrigerator door so it could close. Frisk grabs a glass cup and pours the cool liquid into the glass. She places the gallon back into the fridge and walks out, glass in hand.

She sits down onto the living room couch and takes a sip from her glass. Frisk looks out the window to see a crescent moon in the dark sky. The teen lays down the couch and sets her glass on the wooden floor. She was back to starring at ceiling once again.

Frisk laid there for what felt like hours. The human closes her eyes but shot them open when she heard creaking. Frisk sits up and looks around the room. She didn't see any living beings in the room. Frisk lays back down dismissing it as usual house noises. She then hears a groan, Frisk immediately jumps off the couch knocking over her glass in the process, letting the water to escape the cup. Frisk didn't care about the liquid, she just wanted to find out where the sound came from. Frisk scans the room again but of course turns up nothing. She begins to walk away from the sofa, Frisk enters the kitchen first and finds nobody. The girl looks around the living room again.

"Come out." Frisk said but got no response, she let out a sigh. "You'll make this easier for the both of us if you just come out." The girl walks around the room.

The sound of someone coughing could be heard in the room. Frisk turns to the where it came from. Her eyes land on the reading chair and bookshelf. Frisk walks over to the reading chair and looks to behind it.
