"I know you." I stopped for a moment. It was the Leo guy I met in the concert.

"Uhm?" I reacted as if I don't know what's going on.

"Leo, the guy you were with by the benches?" Kylie went to the washroom and then this man approached me. Huh, I was really in his mind for some time.

"Oh... Okay!" I really remember him but I did not say it so his head won't get too big. I don't like him too think that the 1-minute moment with him after the concert was very broad to me.

"It hurts that you didn't remember me for a while."

"I have to go now." I ended the conversation already because I can see Kylie coming. I don't want her to ask questions, not because I don't want her to interfere but just because I don't want to explain things that don't even matter.

This guy obviously likes me. Well, I hope he's not stalking me. I want to believe that we just bumped into each other because we hang out at the same place at the same time. He doesn't even know a thing about me. Not even my name!!!

He's attractive for a fact. In his blue knitted sweater and brown shorts, he makes girls' heads turn.

"Who is that guy?" Kylie is holding her phone and obviously texting Justin.

"I don't know. Asking some directions."

It's getting late so we decided to go home.

Another scolding session from my dearest brother, everyone.

I woke up with an email from my boss. It says there that I have been promoted since the article was fascinating and Ria Lesli commended me. It is really a nice morning for me.

I took a shower and prepared my work-out clothes. It's gym day today with Kevin. Of course, he will fetch me.

"You out again this day?" Blue asked.

"I have gym, you know that. It's Friday hello?" Fridays and Saturdays are my day offs, but my out during Sundays is only 2 PM so I can go to church.

"Hey Blue." Kevin and Blue are somehow friends. Blue trusts Kevin so much that he always insists on the both of us to get married. Like duh? We're only best friends.

Honestly, I trust Kevin more than I trust Kylie. He knows me a lot. Kevin once courted Kylie, but it did not work. Kevin is over it so I'm happy about it. Seeing him affected with that years ago is such a mess. I hate seeing this guy cry.

"Kevin, you know the rules." Blue please. He wants me to go home before 7! It's BFF day!

We bid our good byes and I went inside his new car.

"Kev, let's grab some energy drink first please."

"Sure." We stopped by a convenient store to get some drinks and still the guy Leo here.

"You again?" We both asked. I can't understand a thing. Why do we have to meet at times like this?

"Are you stalking me?" I proudly asked.

"As if. You're not my type. I'm sorry. I am just bothered that we meet all the time."

Hey that was offensive!! Don't expect a nice personality from a guy like him. Good guys with good looks don't exist anymore. Except Kev of course, but he's not really a boyfriend type for me. Maybe for someone but it's definitely not me.

"Kev, let's go." Kevin is a bit taller than the guy Leo. I just observed.

We took what we bought and left that guy. So awkward.

"Where did you meet him?"

"I first met him in the concert. He sat beside me by the beches and then yesterday at the mall and now. Weird right? Don't you think he's stalking me?

"Destiny, Red."

"Shut up, Kev."

"Red, you need a boyfriend and maybe that guy was destined for you."

"You sound crazy. Seriously, Kev." I pushed him even if he's driving.

"What? Just saying, Red. Anyway, I'll beat that guy if he hurts you."

"How about you? You're also single."

"Dating."

"Who?"

"I like her, Red. She is nice and funny."

"Hey! I want to meet her!"

"Not yet, best friend." Kevin is so unfair! How could he!! I will have to know who the girl is!!

We parked the car and grabbed my gym bag. Kevin is laughing at me because I am throwing glares at him for not telling me who the girl is.

We first went to the treadmill. Still, he is laughing.

"I hate you. Friendship-over"

I stopped running after an hour and carried some weights. He followed.

"I am about to tell you now, Red. Take off your earphones. There's no song."

I glared at him again. "What?"

"Later. Let's meet her."

Usually, we work out for 2 hours, but I am ecstatic to meet Kevin's girl so I convinced him.

"Yes, fine. You're going to meet her."

We went to the car park to get his car and he motioned me to go inside. I think he needs to call someone.

"Who was that?"

"Her."

"Where did you meet her though?"

"Secret."

"I tell you everything about me then you would hide secrets from me! How could you?" I pretended to be annoyed, but I am not that low of a person.

"We still have that mantra, Red."

"Friendship before relationship" We both chanted. If we got involved to a relationship, we should tell our partner that he/she comes second in place, because best friend first over him/her. We agreed that if that person would hesitate then he/she is not the right one. Our one and only rule that needs to be obeyed.

"You are scared that she would not like me as your friend?" I asked. The rule is hard, but it is the rule. We treasure our bond so much and that rule was implemented so a romantic relationship won't be broken because of our boy and girl friendship.

I don't feel anything for Kevin. Kevin surely doesn't feel anything for me either. A boy and a girl could not only be friends is a misconception. What about us? We had our backs since day one and we'll never let go of that just for some guy or some girl who maybe just knew us for weeks.

Sadly, even Kylie. If I were to choose between the both of them, it's Kevin. It's not that I don't like Kylie... Kevin and I are just really good friends. I have known him for years.

"We held on our rule for a long time and it's too late to change it." He patted my head and we went inside the restaurant.

And we saw her sitting by the window....
