Hey guys! If you've read this far, you are AMAZING! Sorry if I'm boring you, but I promise it'll get better. I'm just getting warmed up. The action and romance gets WAY better further into the book ;). Now, back to the story!
----____-------
Before I knew it, i had been dragged into a big, empty room. The room had a pretty cream colored couch that CIRCLED, yes, the couch actually curved!, Around half the room. Then, there was a table set up in the middle. It already had the cups set up for the game. Beer already in the cups. Jason looked at me, "Do I meed to teach goodie two-shoes how to play?" Jason added a smirk in with his question.
My eyes narrowed, "Actually, I've played before" I growled as I grabbed the ping pong ball. Jason, along with the other 2 guys, raised his eyebrow in surprise at me. Kayla laughed, "I told you she wasn't the innocent girl everyone seems to believe" Kayla smiled wickedly. True, I wasn't. But I was still innocent compared to some of the people here.
The game soon started, and I wasn't very good at making the pingpong go into the plastic cups with beer. With Kayla on my side though, we managed to win the game. I had about 5 cups of beer. So yes, I was drunk. I fought not to show it though. Kayla smiled at me, then headed out of the room.
Before I knew it, only Jason and I were in the room. My eyes went wide as he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to him. My head was already spinning, so this wasn't helping. "If you know whats good for you, stay out of my way " Jason growled into my ear, sending shivers down my spine. He really sounded like he could kill someone right now.
"W-Wha?" I stared up at him, completely confused. How could I be in his way? Jason still held my wrists. Not soft and gentle, but harsh enough to where I could feel the bruises already starting to form on them. Which I didn't really care. I had lots of bruises and scars. To be honest, I didn't know where I got most of them.
Jason looked into my eyes, smirking. "Is goody two-shoes scared now?" His voice taunted me. That did it! He was NOT going to treat me like this. Even if I was drunk! "No, and DON'T call me that " I growled. I twisted my arms expertly from his grip and kicked him in his gut. He dodged the kick though, staring at me in surprise.
What? I know at LEAST how to get out of holds like that. I had over protective parents that made sure I learned when I was little. An older brother who LOVED to wrestle, ever since I can remember. Then there was my over protective best guy friend who had done some more stupid shit. Which got people after me because they saw him hanging with my bro and I before. So he had taught me some stuff too.
Jason slowly began to smirk, watching me. My eyes narrowed, but the world was still spinning like crazy. "You really can't hold your liquor" Jason chuckled. I glared at him, but fell over. "I'm fine!" I snapped. Jason's eyes narrowed, easily catching me in his strong arms. "Emalyn Eliza Rose, you may be a lot of things, but fine is not one of them." Jason chuckled, laying me on the couch.
I stared up at him, "How do you-" I begun, but he interrupted me. "I guess you don't remember me..." Jason began, brushing his lips against my neck. My heart began to pound, and I knew that I was blushing. "What are you-" I tried talking again, but he ignored me. "You're the girl my enemy seems to be so protective and caring over." Jason smirked as he spoke.
My eyes went wide, thats where I saw him before! He ran into my best guy friend, Jim! Jim had insisted I went home right away, but I didn't. The only thing I really remembered was Jason and Jim lunching at each other. That is until I stepped in between them... I know, I know. Guys don't like others to stand up for them in a fight, right? Especially a girl. I couldn't help it though! I don't like my friends being hurt.
Jason smirked,"Ah, you've finally remembered.. Now, unless you want me to make you suffer, you'll do exactly as I say.."
He he, what do you guys think Emalayn's going to say to this? I'll write the next chapter tomorrow, night! <3 :)
