Chapter 6;

       Brandon's P.O.V//
I got a call from The hospital, they said that my mom has an emergency but only I went to the hospital while Landon watched Madison and Ali took care of herself or did Landon's job. I'm extremely terrified because no one told me what happened to her. All Ali told me was she is going to go get groceries. Obviously that was not true because she's, well in the hospital. So no groceries are coming home tonight, but neither is my mom.

               Jacob's P.O.V//
I got off early and I'm finally on the way home to my wife and kids that I love more then anything. What happened was all an accident and will not be spoken of. Obviously Lex or the kids didn't find or see anything out of what happened because I would've got an angry call from Lex, or a disappointed text from one of the kids.

I pull up to the drive way finally home. I have a smile plastered on my face but behind it, is sadness and disappointment that I would do such a thing not only to Lexi but the kids to.

I walk in and Brandon and Landon run to me.

" Okay, I know you're home for the first time in forever and we should be happy and celebrating and this is the last thing you want to hear but mom is in the hospital"

My heart dropped.

" and we don't even know what happened, all we know is that she doesn't want any of us there including you." Landon continued.

" WHY THE FUCK WOULD SHE NOT WANT ME THERE?!" I yelled in anger.

I slammed my fists against the door as the vain's in my arms popped,my face turned a dark saddening shade of red, my blood boiled and hot tears streamed down my face.

I stormed out of the door and went to the car. I do not give two shits if she does not want me there, I am her husband and she is my wife, I am not letting her be in the hospital without any moral support.

I zoomed in the car not having a care for if I'm breaking the law. I sped through a red light getting several honks and the next one seemed a little risky, but I'm gonna go through it anyway.

I sped through the red flashing light and all of a sudden the glass of the windshield flew at me right before my eyes. My body got thrown to the side of the car and a huge piece of glass went right through my stomach.

I lost hope and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen.
I open the glove box panting.
Then grab the pen out of the centre piece

Lexi and kids,
I love you all so much, you mean the world to me.

I saw flashing lights before me, I got lifted by ambulance and into the truck.

" No pulse" the doctor said.
The exact same thing he said about Lex when we were 13.

I saw flashes of a hospital room.

I looked to one side and saw Lexi.

My heart skipped a beat and I ripped all the cords off and ran to her.

She was sleeping, I hope.
Pale, scared and looked like she was broken.

I grabbed her phone, as soon as I opened it I saw me and her text messages.

My contact was.. Fucker?
I then was shaken but decided to stay cool and not make any assumptions.
I looked at the little texting spot and saw that she had a big thing ready to send to me.
I of course read it.

Jacob Sartorius.
I want to take a break, a long one. Because you, you cheated on me, and do not deny it because I have proof. Also you will not be taking the kids. Because you will either have to buy a new house or live in a friends house. I am done. We have been in crazy love since we were 13. And you just broke it. I will always love you Jacob but I guess forever and always was all a lie. Bye Jacob Sartorius.

I started crying. Thinking that I'm losing
everything.
Everyone.
I'm going to be lonely. I knew there was a reason my head was second guessing having a drink. And I shouldn't have. If I didn't have that one drink.
One single drink, I would still have a normal life with my family that I love more then anything.

Lexi started waking up.

I was waiting and waiting.

She saw my face and I covered her mouth and let her yell.
I slowly put my hand away and she noticed I had tears streaming down my face.

She just looked at me with a hateful look that I will never forget.

I pulled her into me and kissed her. Just to remind her what our love is worth. She kissed back. That made me a bit happier. Then she pushed away.

" Jacob, you know what you did" she said pushing me away which ruined my happiness that she created.

" Lexi you don't understand, I don't even know what happened."

" You should've been responsible enough to not drink, or anything you did to do that" her voice broke and her emotions spilled out with tears. She cried harder then she's ever cried before.

It's killing me, seeing her like this. I tried hugging her for comfort but she refused.

She looked at me in disgust and stood up.

" YOU JUST THREW SO MANY YEARS OF ADDICTING CRAZY LOVE THAT I COULD'NT GET ENOUGH OF! YOU RUINED US! YOU RUINED OUR KIDS LIFE! YOU RUINED MY LIFE AND I DON'T KNOW H-HOW I'M GONNA LIVE WITHOUT YOU, BUT I'M GONNA HAVE TO TRY. BECAUSE YOU BETRAYED ME AND NOW I-" she stopped because the tears stopped her voice. She fell to the floor and cried even harder.

" Babe, you don't even know the full story" I said crying with her.

" I KNOW YOU C-" her voice cracked into tears.

" Cheated" she whispered in a silent cry.

She never looked at me the way she used to. Her eyes shined so much brighter before I left.

" I will not give up on you or the kids, ever." I said squatting down to her. She pushed me away again.

" You may not have to give up on the kids. But you will have to give up on me." She broke into tears again.

" w-we are" more tears.

" D-done" even more tears.

She just told me we're done. Not even a break anymore.
