~Carley's POV~
"Well, I wanted to make sure you got here ok..." Max answered. He turned kinda red.
"How'd you even know I left?" I asked.
"B-because, I-I... like... y-you..." he stuttered. "I thought I'd follow you, and make sure you were ok..."
Wait-what? Did he just say he.. Liked me?
"Wait, rewind. Did you just say you... Liked me?" I said, making sure I heard him right.
"Yea, I always have.. I was just too scared to tell you... I thought you'd turn me down, considering me and you are like family..." He said, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Well, I like you too..." I said, turning around.
I hate that I'm shy... I should be able to look him in the face and say 'hey, I like you, would you consider going out with me?' No, that's just too hard!
"Well, since you're here, you should come with me to see Savannah!" I said, trying to change the subject.
"Alright!" He said, his cheery and merry self.
We caught a cab together, and headed to the White House.

~Savannah's POV~
"Good morning, beautiful." I rolled over to see Baylor, smiling tiredly.
"Why hello, handsome!" I smiled back.
"It's 7:00 am, I need to start getting ready for my job." Baylor said. He kissed me and started to stand up.
"Wait! Can you come cuddle with me fora little bit? I'm cold." I asked, using my puppy dog eyes.
"Well, we can't leave you cold, now can we?" He said and crawled over to me.
