"Ohhhhh potato chips I love you sooooo!" Elliot sings happily as he carries a Family Size bag of chip close to his chest. I pile up a plate of grapes and such as my eyes roll.
"I thought you loved Tyler." I state and he stops as Tyler stares at us both and goes to speak, however Elliot is faster a she wraps his arms around him in a well.... Embrace. "Ewe...."
"Not as gross as you!" Elliot states and I narrow my eyes as Tyler sighs and pushes back from Elliot's hard and passionate hug.
"Stop it." Tyler sighs plopping a grape into his mouth and smiling. "Now, let's get to studying!"
"Ugh... Okay!" Elliot and I respond at the same time as I slump down to the basement where we usually study. Tyler takes his spot and Elliot is quick to his side as I take mine on the other side of Tyler. "Don't sit so close to it." Elliot states and I roll my eyes as I glare across Tyler at him.
"No, no more fighting!" Tyler shushes me before I can retaliate and I go silent at his firm tone. "Now, get your notes out." Elliot and I are both silent and he looks at us. "Are you serious? You didn't take notes, again?"
"He's just so boring!" Elliot groans as he leans into Tyler whispering in his ear. "You don't mind if I borrow yours do you?"
"Wow.... Now you try seducing him?" I ask leaning forward and Elliot smiles completely ignoring me as I glare. "Hellllooooo?"
"I'm sorry do you hear something? Like an idiot calling?" Elliot whispers pressing a hand gently against Tyler's chest and he smiles. "Now, about those notes. . ."
"This is disgusting!" I shout covering my eyes as Tyler quickly covers my eyes. "What the hell Tyler?"
"S-sorry." He whispers pulling his hand back and I sigh. "Elliot, no more flirting."
"You don't mean that do you?" Elliot whispers leaning forward and I feel my stomach churn as I lean forward.
"I'm gonna puke." I whisper as Tyler frantically tries to cool me down.
"Well, go to the bathroom, or actually, dogs go outside right?" Elliot asks as I look up and my head spins as I grab onto Tyler for support. "Ahhhh hell nah!" Elliot stands up and Tyler holds up his hands to stop him. "So you do want me to flirt." He whispers and leans down just inches from Tyler's best red face. "I like how brave you just were."
"Please stop..." I whisper as Tyler looks at me and him with wide eyes.
"H-hey Elliot, can you g-get me a w-water?" Tyler asks as Elliot's face brightens and he nods happily running off. Letting out a eased sigh, he looks at me once more checking my temperature.
"Okay momma Tyler I'm fine." I whisper as he peers at my face and he sighs. "What is it?"
"I just wish you two would stop arguing..." He whispers flipping through his notebook and handing it to me. "Take the notes, and copy them. Please just try to take the notes next time..." He rubs the back of his neck, something he does when he feels shy or uneasy.
"You're to nice to delinquents like us..." I whisper as he looks up at me. His big, chocolate, brown eyes wide behind his hoot owl glasses never leave mine. He really was the perfect definition of a role-model student.
"You're not a delinquent Bren..." He whispers as I smile slightly and I slightly touch his hand as I take the notes away.
"Thanks..." I whisper as I pull them back and quietly begin jolting them down in my notebook. "You really are an amazing friend." I whisper as I smile up at him. His eyes light up with a big happy grin and I can't help but smile wider. He has always had that affect on anyone he spoke to or just smiled at. I can feel his body heat as he peers over my shoulder as I write. "What is it?"
"You just have pretty handwriting." He whispers and I laugh as I look at his handwriting and grimace. "What's with that face?"
"I can't even understand how I can read this..." I whisper looking it over and he frowns as I let out a laugh. "I'm joking! You actually have good handwriting... For a guy."
"Huehuehue so funny." He scoffs as he rolls his eyes and I let out another laugh. "Why are you laughing at meeehhhhh?!" He shouts shaking my shoulders violently as I laugh the entire time.
"Stop it Tyler!" I laugh sounding slightly like a robot as he shakes me and he stops when I have tears in my eyes. "See, you made my eyes water!"
"Sorry!" He laughs and I slap his shoulder as I shake my head.
"For some reason, I don't feel like you really are sorry." I mumble as he smiles patting my head happily and I stick my hand into the potato chip back.
"No!" Elliot yanks my hand away as I let out a Yelp. "You may not touch my chips, as much as you can't touch my Tyler." He states and Tyler sighs as I frown and hand Tyler his notes. "Oh... My god... Did you try to Seduce him?" He whispers and his eyes seem to brighten with anger. "You. Are. So. Dead!"
"Whaaa!" I scream as I run away and Elliot whacks me with the water bottle and I tumble down. "Owe!" I grimace rolling around the floor and he glares. "Why?"
"Don't touch him..." Elliot whispers as he walks back to the couch sitting down as Tyler's head hangs and Elliot gently sets the water on the table. Elliot's arms wrap around Tyler and he shoots up. "Now... Where were we?" Elliot whispers and I let out a shrill scream covering my eyes as I hear the laughter fall from Tyler and Elliot's mouths. Of course it isn't long until I'm laughing too.
Then, after several of the previous issues, we finally buckle down and study. I even got a potato chip! Well, when Elliot was in the bathroom.
Thanks so much for reading chapter 2! I really hope you enjoyed and I know it took awhile to upload and I'm sorry! Thanks again!
