Today, two twin infants were found in an apartment alone, with a deceased parent in the house with them.
A neighbor became extremely concerned when all she heard were children crying. She knocked, and the door was open. The first thing that met her eye was the dead man. She called the police and went to the children.
The two children were not in good shape. They were both in one crib, nothing to stop them from hurting each other. They had trash in their crib, and from any parents view, the babies were underfed. They were in diapers that needed to be changed badly. Horrible living conditions for children.
It was suspected the father committed suicide, no evidence to believe a murder. There is a belief he may have killed himself from the passing of his girlfriend- the mother of the children- from overdose.
The twins were taken away, are now being fed, and cared for. Once they are stable enough, they will be moved into an orphanage.
The parents names were Aina and Jakob Thorson, and documents show the infants names were Runa and Elise Thorson.
