It Started With A Song Writeing Contest

Chapter 3

It's friday and has been a month since i entered the contest. They are suppose to announce the winner today. I'm so nervous. I really want to win. It would be amazing to write a song with R5. I'd meet them all, and we could becomes freinds. Oh and I could be freinds with Ross, O MY GOD HE IS SO HOT! Ross Lynch is my celebrity crush, and I just happen to be single. Oh who am I kidding, I'm not gonna win. I'm not that lucky.I need to stop being crazy. I have a life other that R5, kind of. Not really if I'm not at school, cheer, or doing homework then I'm doing something R5 related. I finished brushing my teeth, got Marcus, and got in the car. On the way to school I played R5 music."Do we have to listen to this, again?" Marcus asked "what do you want to listen to?" I asked. "I dont know" he said "then we are going to listen to this" I said. We sat in silence as i sung along to the music for a few minutes. "Hey sissy?" I turned down the music and said "yeah, what do you need?" "Can you play the song with the girl singing?" "Witch one?" "The one with Nintendo" he stated. "Yeah, sure"I say chuckling. I turn on "Never be the same" sing along and chuckle because I can hear Marcus singing it too. 'Damn, I'm gonna turn him into band trash, just like me.' I think. After the song is ober we are at Marcus's school and I park. "Okay Marcus, let's go." We walk inside and I take Marcus to his classroom. "Bye Marcus, be good today. If you get all of your work done I'll take you for icecream with me and the girls after school okay?" "Okay, bye sissy. I love you" he says. " love you too" I walked out and drove to school. Once school started I had study hall first period, and as usual I didn't have homework because I finished it at home. Of course Madison amd Aimee did too, so we went to the gym to practice flips and cheers etc. Me and the girls have been working on a dance routine, so I got on my phone to play some music. We finished our new dance, we are ready to show the squad at practic tomorrow.
*at lunch*
"So, are you guys excited to see if you won the contest tonight?" I asked "yeah" Madison said. "Yep" said Aimee. "You guys ready to teach the dance to the girls tomorrow." I asked. "Oh yeah, definitely!" Madison said. "Yeah, this will look so cool at they Pep Rally next month!" Aimee exclaimed. "Yeah, I'm excited. So you wanna go get some icecream after school?"I asked "Yeah, I'm free" "Me too" "Okay, well if Marcus doesn't get into trouble today and does all his work today, he is gonna go with us, okay?" I asked. "Yes, that would be great. I love him so much." Aimee said. "Yeah, he's like a little brother to us."Madison said. "Okay, great. Mmm.... time for 6th period." I said. "Shit, your right!" Aimee whispered. "Let's go!" Madison said.
*after school*
"Okay, guys. Did you ride the bus to school?" "Yeah, mom had to use my car to go to the doctor today." Madison said. "Me too, my car is in the shop. The engine was acting up." Aimee said. "Okay, the ill give you a ride. Let's go get Marcus!"
*15 minutes later*
"Okay, I'm gonna run in and get Marcus" I go inside and talk to the lady at the desk."Hey Jessica, I'm here for Marcus." "Okay, he's right in his classroom" "thanks" I go to his classroom and knock. "Hi, Mrs. Foot. I'm here for Marcus. How did he do today?" I asked."oh he did great,he finished all his work, didn't get into any trouble, and even got a head start on his home work." "Good, thanks for helping him so much Mrs. Foot." "Of course, I love Marcus." "Hey Marcus, you ready?" "Yes, bye Mrs.Foot!" We walk outside and I buckle him in his booster seat. "Okay,everyone buckled?" I asked. "Yep" Madisonand Aimee said in unison. "Okay, ice cream here we come!" I say as i turn on music and pull out Of the parking lot. We drive singing untill Marcus asked a question. "Sissy, can you play the girl again?" "The Nintendo one?" " yeah!" "Sure bud" again I put on "Never Be The Same" and listen to him sing alone. At the I've cream shop I get a vanilla, Marcus gets chocolate, Aimee gets strawberry,and Madison get vanilla with Carmel. We sit down and eat our icecream. While we are eating a get a phone call. "Sorry, I gotta take this. I'll be right back"

M- Hello?
R- Hi, is this Micaela Rogers?
M-Yes, who is this?
R-This is Rydel Lynch.
M-No way! Really!
R-Yes!
M-So why did you call me,not that I'm complaining.
R-Actually I called to let you know that, you won the song writeing contest!
M-Really! Omg, thank Rydel!
R-Your welcome Micaela. So could you meet us this weekend to start getting to know each other,so we can write the song?
M-Uhh, yeah.I'm free this weekend.
R-Great, I'll text you our address.
M-okay, thanks again!
R-no problem!
M-Okay, I'll see you guys there!
R-Okay, bye!

*end of phone call*
I go and sit back down,smiling like a dork. "Why are you so happy?"Aimee asked. "Who called?" Madison asked. "That was Rydel. I won the contest!" "Omg.that's great Micaela!" "Yeah,thats Rossome!" " thanks, we are meeting up this weekend." "Cool"we finish our ice cream and talked for a while. "Okay, well me and Marcus need to be getting home. So I'll drop you guys off and then we will go home" "okay!" Madison said. "Sounds good!" Aimee said. We dropped the girls off and went home.
