We made our way to home room
"Oh my God Alex, could you stop smiling" I laughed. "I can't I've liked him for ages but I never thought this day would come".
Me and Janae rolled our eyes.
We just started talking about random things till I realized Chris was sitting by himself reading a book.
I sat next to him. "I'm sorry for interrupting" I began and he put his book down. "Me and you haven't really said anything to each-other but I see you looking at me sometimes and it just makes me wonder". He spoke up "I'm just a deep thinker". "What are you thinking about". "My family, my friends". I was so confused, this guy was so mysterious but his eyes told me a different story while I looked directly at them.....
Two months later
Alex and Jordan were a happy couple. We all had group together. However, Chris would contribute to our discussions but whenever I spoke he would stay silent. Did he not like me? Am I that annoying? Me and the girls were out shopping until the subject came up. "Tori, what would you rate Chris?".
I furrowed my eyebrows, even the thought of him made my blood boil. "6" I answered bluntly. The girls looked at me in shock. "is that all, he's a nine for sure". I just raised my eyebrows. The girls looked at each other with a smirk. "What?" I questioned. "You like him" Alex giggled. I was silent. "Alex look, she's turning red like a tomato, you must really like Mr. Mysterious"
*Triggered*
"WHY WOULD I LIKE A GUY THAT COMPLETELY IGNORES ME, SINCE DAY ONE HE JUST GIVES ME ONE WORD ANSWERS. WHY WOULD I LIKE A GUY WHO DOENT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT A SINGLE THING I SAY."
The girls smirked and changed the subject quickly In my head I remembered a saying my dad told me -'the same ones that shun you are the same ones that love you'. It hit me, I had feelings for Chris and I didn't even know. I was going to have a proper chat with him soon. To tell him why I've lately.........
