Her (COMPELETED)

One year later.

Lizzie POV.
Today, is Jen’s birthday… but not everyone remembered that though. I was sat in my class, wishing the day would just end already.

“Miss Levine?” A voice spoke, I looked to the door and saw Lena walk in, she had a bouquet of white lilies in her hand, Jen’s favourite flowers. “I managed to get permission for us to leave early, and your boyfriend will be driving us there.”

Ah yes, me and Zayn have ended up dating, Lena told me that I even though I am in a new relationship, doesn’t mean I don’t care more Jen anymore.
“Alright, let’s get going then.”
In the car it was silent, the only sounds were coming from the radio, no one knew what to say to each other at all. Zayn was holding my hand, knowing how nervous I was about all of this.

Last year I pushed Timothy off the cliff, I spent a few months in prison for
Murdering him, but I showed no regret whatsoever, he murdered two amazing people, so he deserved this. Jen didn’t survive the shooting, she was in a coma for two months and we had to stop the lifeline… everyone knew she wouldn’t survive, it was the only option we had left.

Me, Lena and Zayn come visit her grave when we can, but then most the time Lena leaves me to go visit her parent’s grave stones.
But today she stayed a little longer today, we both paid our respects and Zayn held me as I cried.

Alex ‘disappeared’ when the police a
rrived, but I know exactly what he did to himself, he jumped off the cliff as well, not wanting to live his life with his sins crawling up his back.
I know I will never see Jen again, this is what happens when I play around with people’s emotions, but at least I got to tell her that I love her… and I always will.
