{It's Thursday, at Degrassi, and everyone has pulled out their winter coats. Vijay and Yael walk into the front of the school}
Vijay-(While giggling) So, did you ask Hunter yet?
Yael-(Confused) to what?
Vijay-(Laughing) The winter dance! Duh!
Yael-(Snickering) I don't need to ask. Of course we're going...
Vijay-Well....
Yael-(Turning to face him) what? Why did you say "Well" like that?
Vijay-I overheard him tell Baaz that he thinks this dance is lame...
Yael-(Angrily) Lame?! What?! But I want to go!
Vijay-(Pointing to Hunter, who is at his locker) then you better tell him that
Yael-(Gives Vijay her bag) I will! (Marches over to Hunter)
Vijay-(Sighs) Now, I need a date to the dance now....
Boy-(To vijay) hey! You!
Vijay-(turns to see a good looking guy Coming over) Are you talking to me?
Boy-(Laughing) who else would I be talking to?
Yael-(After yelling, turns to head back to Vijay, but stops, and eavesdrop)
Boy-(Extends hand) Hi! I'm Luke!
Vijay-(Shaking his hand) I-I'm vijay...
Luke-(Giggling) I knew that already! Anyway, I stopped you to ask you something
Vijay-(Nodding) sure! What is it?
Luke-do you have a date to the Winter dance tomorrow?
Vijay-N-no!
Luke-(moving closer) do you want one?
Vijay-(Blushes)
Luke-(Moves closer to Vijay's face)
Vijay-(moves closer too)
Luke-(Stops, then yells) GUYS! YOUR RIGHT! THIS FAG FELL FOR IT!
Yael-(Gasps)
Everyone in the hall-(Stops and stares)
Vijay-(Shocked) what did you call me?!
Luke's Football Buddies-(Laughing)
Yael-(Comes from behind the corner) Hey! That's messed up!
Luke-(Pushes her) out of my way!
Yael-(Falls) HEY!
Vijay-(Tackles Luke) DON'T TOUCH HER!!! (Punches Luke)
Luke-(Yelling) Hey! Get off me!
Yael-(Shouting) Vijay stop!
Principle Simpson-(Running over) HEY! Break it up!
Yael-(To herself) Uh oh...this can't be good...
