{The day of the Degrassi talent show, Tiffany is in a court room, with her lawyer. Isabella is in the back row, with Chris by her side. Skyler and Mr. Simpson are on the left side of Tiffany, ready to give their statements}
Skyler-(At the witness stand) Okay, I swear that I wasn't trying to cause harm...
Judge-(scoffing) You tampered with evidence. That's a Felony!
Skyler-But it was harmless!
Judge-(looking at Tiffany) you threw an innocent girl in Jail! How is that harmless? (To Mr. Simpson) Archie Simpson, you may give your statement! Skyler, kindly leave the stand
Skyler-(Exits the stand angrily)
Isabella-(Whispering to Chris) you think Tif will make a nice statement?
Chris-(Whispering) isn't she innocent though?
[In the front of the room...]
Mr. Simpson-After a student left my office, Skyler was sitting by my office waiting to talk to me. She showed me this, (shows the picture) and told me that Tiffany was the one who shot Riley, who is currently in a comatose state. (To the judge) that's all, sir
Judge-Thank you, now-
Skyler's Lawyer-(Starts) your honor, I-
Judge-I'm sorry, I've heard enough from skylers side. Tiffany, you may say your statement
Tiffany-Okay, thank you (heads to the stand)
Judge-Now, in gonna ask you a very honest question, and I want your honest answer....okay?
Tiffany-(Nodding)
Judge-Do you want Skyler in Juvie for tampering with evidence? Or innocent and gets off Scott free?
Isabella-(To herself) Oh no...
Chris-(Whispering to Isabella) we know that answer...
Tiffany-(To the judge) in gonna say...(looks at Skyler) Guilty. Yes, what she did was wrong, and I got in trouble for something she did (Getting up, and sitting back by the table by her lawyer)
Isabella-(Shocked)
Chris-(confused, and whispers to Isabella) I thought she would have said innocent!
Judge-Alright then! Skyler, I'm afraid you must go to Juvie for the rest of the school semester (gabbles the hammer)
Skyler-(Cries)
Police-Come on, Missy, let's go (grabs Skyler)
{Skyler gets taken away, and Tiffany gets up to walk to Isabella and Chris}
Isabella-(Hugging Tif) are you okay?
Tiffany-(Hugging back, then breaks away) I will be. Let's just get out of here
Chris-Right back at ya. I have some stuff to fix...
Isabella-Oh yeah I heard you-
Chris-(Shushing her) I know I know! Just drop it!
Tiffany-(Laughs)
{The Three leave, and head to Degrassi where they will watch the talent show going on there tonight. Already at the school...}
Frankie-(Sitting in a chair in the gym) I'm wiped. Being student prez for a day is hard....
Shay-(shaking her head) but you wanted this job (sets up chairs near the stage)
Frankie-(Getting up, and helping) I know, but like I said, I needed it for college, and I'm still kinda mad at Lola for giving me her class stuff instead of the paper you guys wrote! (Sits down again)
