Remus Lupin's boggart was originally his friends calling him a monster or hating him because he was a werewolf. After second year when James, Sirius, and Peter accepted him, it became their dead bodies, having been killed by him in werewolf form. In sixth year, Lily found out and her body joined the others, again having been killed by him. Once they joined the order, it simply became their dead bodies. It wasn't until after Sirius was imprisoned in Azkaban that it became a full moon, because he would have to face his transformation alone.
