Sephiroth holds a cooking competition

CH.4 Sephiroth finally get to cook

Sephiroth got everything he needed to bake his fruit cake. He started by soaking the raisins and sultanas in tea, he then got the mixed peal and put that in the bowl with the flour and sugar and butter and started to mix everything together, he then started to chop some cherries up and added  them in to the mix and stirred them in. He then made a cup of coffee took the paper and sat down as he would have to wait an hour for the fruit to soak.

In the living room
" I can smell coffee, is he taking a break already he's only just got in there" you heard Genesis say.
" calm down gen, leave him to do what he wants" Angeal says lightly tapping Genesis on the head.
" can you keep it down please our little chocobo is trying to sleep" zack said
They all turned to look at cloud sleeping with his head on zacks lap.
" AWW" you hear them all say

Back in the kitchen sephiroth had finished his cup of coffee and was draining the remaining tea from the fruit and then placing it in the bowl and mixing it in to the Mixture before pouring it in to the greased tray and putting in the over for 45 minutes.

He then makes himself tea and reads his book to pass the time, he writes his name on a piece of paper before checking that he cake is cooked and then placing it on the side. He then cleans up before joining the others in the other room.

Sephiroth sits down in his chair and he turns his attention to cloud before getting up and placing a blanket over him which was in a bright blue.

" so how did it go then, you managed to leave the kitchen in one piece, I'm impressed " the redhead said.
" you can never not be sarcastic can you gen, it went very well infact" the silver haired man said.

You see some movement come from cloud before he wakes up, looks around and then notices that sephiroth was back and walks over to him and sits on top of him making sure his blanket was in the right place before going back to sleep.

" I swear seph he can sense you, and it slightly creeps me out" zack said.
" well it's not my fault " sephiroth replies.

" well I guess we will have to wait for cloud to wake up before we do any tasting then" Angeal said looking at the face zack was giving him.
" but geal in hungry" zack said trying to give him the kicked puppy look.
" sorry pup but not yet wait a little longer" Angeal told him.

" me and yazoo and going to get the flour out of our hair and to change our clothes" kadaj says.
" okay then " Sephiroth says to the two of them.

After half an hour kadaj and yazoo were back and cloud had woken up.

" had a nice sleep cloud" sephiroth asked the still sleepy cloud.
" yeah it was good" cloud was saying when he yawned.
" let's wait for out little chocobo to wake up a bit more" sephiroth said.

After cloud had fully woken up Angeal, Genesis, kadaj and yazoo were setting things up for the judging, and sephiroth was tying the blindfold to cloud.

" it's not to tight for you is it cloud" sephiroth asked.
" no it's okay" he replied.
" Angeal can you do zacks blindfold" Sephiroth said.
" yeah sure" Angeal replied.
Angeal came in and tied the blindfold to zack, seph and Angeal lead both of them to the table and let them sit down.
" you both okay and comfortable " Angeal asked.
" yep" the both say together.
" right then let's start "  Genesis said.
