I walked into the bar and saw Tristan's black hair sitting in a booth with Timber, Spencer and a girl I had never seen before that was cuddled into Spencer's side. I tried not to scowl as I sat down in the booth next to Tristan.

"Nice of you to join us." Timber chuckled and I smiled.

"Beauty takes time." I said.

"If that was the case then I would have never shown up." The girl spoke and I looked at her as Timber snorted and sippped his drink. I stared at her pasty skin, blonde hair that had blue tips and then down to her black tube top and tight black shorts. She wasn't cute at all.

"And you are?" I trailed off and she stuck her hand over the table.

"Trisha." She squeaked and I rolled my eyes, her voice was like a mouse that had asthma. "I'm Spencer's girlfriend."

My eyes darted to Spencer as I sat back and nodded. "I can see that."

"Anyway, let's get some shots." Tristan said then leaned over the back of the booth shouting. "Bartender!"

"I'm not drinking tonight, I have to drive back." I declined the shots that arrived to our table. They downed the shots and then Timber spoke.

"Thats my cut off, because like the lovely I am also driving." He said and I chuckled as they played a familiar song. "Oh shit let's go dance."

He shot out of the booth and grabbed my hand, I put my keys down on the table and followed him to the dance floor.

Selfie by The Chainsmokers blasted through the speakers and the Dj shushes the crowd as we waited for the beat drop. I look to Tristan and he watched me, I looked to Timber and he smirked as the song got closer. I smiled and he started jumping up and down with the crowd as the song played, I followed his twirling around.

For those seconds I let loose and forgot about everything that was going on outside of this dance floor. I danced with Timber, swaying my hips and occasionally jumping up and down. The song ended and trailed into a EDM song that was pretty fun to dance too so me and Timber stayed on the dance floor as the beat pumped through my body. We stepped off the dance floor after the song ended and some stupid Rap song came on. I plopped down pushing my hair over my shoulder and laughed looking at Tristan.

"Next dance is mine, yeah?" He asked and I nodded before turning back ahead.

"I have a question." Timber said. "If someone is replaceable were they ever really worth the chase?"

I stared at him as we all got quiet. He was right though because if you could easily replace someone what was the point of chasing after them just to end up replacing them weeks or months later.

"I think some people enjoy the thrill of the chase." Spencer said.

"Yeah but if you knew from the beginning that there would definitely be someone better then that person then why do it?" Timber quizzed.

"Because sometimes better can be worse." Tristan answered. I looked to him and he smiled at me lazily before taking another shot.

"Sometimes your judgement can be blinded." I said.

"By love or by the thrill?" Timber asked and I shrugged.

"Anything. Sometimes you just seek the comfort of having someone and that can be enough to cloud your judgement and make you jump through flaming hoops for someone who is replaceable. It is honestly a catch 22." I answered. Proud of my answer I sat back as I let my words sink in for them.

"I'm confused." Trisha said and I rolled my eyes at her stupidity.

"Think of it like this El stupido, if you can replace someone but you spent all this time while trying to get them that they were the one..then it wasn't really love." Timber summed it up for her but she still had a dumfounded look on her face. She was a living dumb blonde joke.

"Ken doesn't love Barbie 2015 if he knows Barbie 2016 has a better plastic vagina when he was trying to get with Barbie 2015." I said.

"Oh!" She cheered and I rolled my eyes. Timber burst out laughing and Tristan chimed in. Another EDM song played and I stood up grabbing Tristan's hand.

"May I have this dance?" I asked cheekily and he laughed nodding.

"You may." He said standing up, I pulled him along with me to the dance floor and he grabbed my waist pulling me to him. This EDM was more sexual then the others so as soon as the beat dropped I swayed my hips against him, he followed my.movements and we sped up with beat.

We danced like this through the song and as it ended a different dance song came on and we danced to that and then about five more before we went back to the booth. I smiled at him as we sat down and he leased back smiling.

"I've gotta go. Ready Tris?" Timber asked. I looked at my phone and it was only eleven.

"Yeah. Walk me out?" He said to me and I nodded walking out the door with him. I never once glanced back at Spencer and the Bouncing Blond.

Timber went to pull the car around and I turned to Tristan smiling. "I really had a good time." I gushed.

"I'm glad you came." He said looking down at me. "I think this is going to work."

"I think so too." I smiled. He walked to the car door as Tristan pulled up and looked back at me.

"Try not to fall." He said.

"And if I do?" I inquired.

"I might not be able to catch you." He got in the car before I could respond and I stood there as they pulled off.

What did he mean?
