1. Grounded...But Living the Dream

I just uploaded the 62nd chapter of the 3rd story in the series. The 2nd story has 128 chapters...and most chapters are 3,000 to 6,000 words long. 

Nonetheless, here is Chapter 1 of the third story in the LTD series.

Dad *walks up to kids* "There you guys are! Let's head over there, get you hooked up with mics and ears really quickly...and then we need to talk!"

Jess *whispers to Joe* "That is NEVER good!"

Joe *whispers to Jess* "Yup...that goes for any relationship, by the way..."

Jess *makes face* "Figured as much."

*dressing room*

Dad instructed us to take a seat on the big couch there...while he answered his phone that, by the way, on tour, rings NON-STOP!

Jess *sits on Kevin/Joe's lap*

Joe "Your butt bone is pointy!"

Jess *giggles* "I was gonna say, don't make me poke you but I could hear mom in my head say "inappropriate!"."

All *chuckle*

Joe "They finally get us a couch that seats four people and you're still sitting on our lap."

Jess "Hrmpf." *tries to get up*

Kevin *smiles* "Nawww, Buglet!" *wraps arms around Jess*

Joe *wraps arms around Jess as well* "Kidding." *grins*

Jess *squeals, giggles*

Kevin *lets go off Jess, leans back, gets as comfortable as he can with half a Jess on his lap*

Jess *turns around, pushes Joe back against the back rest* "Get comfy!"

Brothers *chuckle*

Joe *Texan accent* "Yes, ma'am!"

Jess *leans back, one shoulder resting on Joe's the other on Kevin's* "Comfy! A brother couch...not as comfy as a Twin Mattress though." *smiles*

Nick *shakes head, smiles* "Too bad, I'm the twin and the mattress..."

Jess *squints eyes* "If I mass-produced you and sold you...I could make soooo much money!"

Kevin & Joe *chuckle*

Nick *makes face, then smiles*

Joe "You know, this used to be a lot more comfy, when you were lighter...I mean, younger."

Nick & Kevin *chuckle*

Jess *casual* "You know, Joe....I could easily get a cramp in my leg or hand and kick or hit you in all kinds of places...like, I dunno..right where it hurts?"

Kevin & Nick *chuckle*

Joe "No, we wouldn't want that."

Jess *nods* "Just as I thought."

All four *chuckle*

Dad *ends call, turns around, looks at his kids, sees them bunched up together on the couch, sighs* "Don't even try to be all sibling-cute! Besides that cannot be comfy!"

Kevin *smiles* "It's fine, dad."

Dad "Hm...*grabs a chair* at least sit up, we're gonna have a little chat!"
