Meeting Ms.Lydia

The next morning I opened my eyes to the bright sun streaming in the room. Jimin wasn't there but I was still in his room on his bed. I left the bedroom and wandered around the house to see where everyone was. I passed dad's office to see him talking to Jimin. Dad had some disapproving look on his face.

"What's wrong"? I asked as I entered the room.

"Natalia where did you sleep last night"? Dad asked sternly.

"In Jimin's room". I answered whilst rubbing my eyes. Dad glared at Jimin then returned to look at me.

"And what were you doing in there"? He asked.

"I was scared because the ghosts were making noise and I couldn't sleep".

"What ghosts? There's nothing like that in this house". Dad questioned.

"Yeah there are ghosts here. I heard them. Jimin told me about them so when I heard them last night I got scared and went to sleep with Jimin in his room". I explained. Dad hit Jimin on the back of his head.

"What did you tell her"!? Dad yelled to Jimin.

"I was just messing with her a little you don't need to make a big deal out of it". He mumbled.

"You scared the poor girl. Did you do anything to her when she was asleep!? You did, didn't you"!? Dad continued.

"I didn't do anything I swear! I just pulled a little prank that's all. I promise it won't happen again"! Jimin argued.

"It better not. Now Natalia if Jimin does anything stupid just let me know okay? Don't be afraid to tell me". Dad said to me. I nodded.

"Okay now I need to go to work. Get yourself cleaned up and eat breakfast. The maid might be coming any time soon to take care of the house. I told her about you living here now and she can't wait to meet you. You and Jimin behave while she's here, she'll just do her job and be on her way when I get home. Maybe Jimin can actually make himself useful get to know you and be a good older brother". Dad said as he left the house. Once dad was out, I turned to Jimin and glared at him.

"About the "Ghosts" and the pounding on the walls last night". I began. He got on his knees.

"I promise I'll be a good older brother and never scare you like that again". He said acting all innocent. I laughed at his cute little antics and decided to get ready for the day. Today is a new beginning. It's a fresh new start for real this time. I'll finally be living my life.

I grabbed a fresh set of clothes, my towel, and my toothbrush. I brushed my teeth. hopped into the shower, then got dressed. I wore a mini skirt and a t-shirt that was a little tight. It showed off my curves and I thought it looked a little slutty but I really liked the design on it.

I went downstairs into the kitchen to get breakfast. I bumped into Jimin on my way there.

"Wow I really picked out the right clothes for you. You look like a little school girl". He snickered. I punched him in the arm a little.

"Hey! You look like a cute little school girl okay"? He said attempting to make things better.

"I'm not cute"! I exclaimed as I was about to punch him again.

"Aww when you get mad that only makes you seem so much cuter". He cooed. I just rolled my eyes and continued into the kitchen.

I opened the cupboard and found a bag of my favorite potato chips. I used to steal these all the time. No, I can't think back to that! That's in the past, it should stay there. I just took the bag and sat on the cupboard. I opened it up and began to eat.
