(4) The escape

"Are you... a vampire?" Kise asked Jessi in a serious tone.

Jessi sweatdropped and asked, "What makes you think I am a vampire?"

"Be-because I saw you covered with blood, so I thought you must have... suck his blood." He explained while making a vampire sucking blood action.

Jessi then sighed at his childish imagination, at least he didn't know her actual identity yet. "Very creative imagination you got there, but I am afraid you don't have any proof to accuse me that I am the one."

"Well, true but-" Kise began to lost in words. It's true that he didn't have enough evidence to say that Jessi is a vampire. He couldn't just say he saw it with his own eyes, he needs solid proof.

"If that's all that you want to say to me, I'm leaving. Being with you here is just a waste of time. And also, thank you for showing me around the school." Just like that, Jessi walked her way out through the door, leaving Kise behind, dumbfounded.

Kise just couldn't believe what he had just heard from Jessi. Being with him is just a waste of time!? He just couldn't believe it, every girl will be thrilled when they spend some time with him. For the first time, a girl like Jessi actually treated him nothing but a normal stranger. And for the first time, he had this strange feeling inside him... something makes him felt weird.

Jessi's heart was still beating fast, she was relieved that her identity was still hidden well. That moment was so nervous that her heart almost  stopped for a few second. She thought it might be better for her to stay away from him for now, or else sooner or later her identity will be discovered.

Time skipped to the end of the class. Jessi sensed that blond boy kept on staring at her the whole time. Once the school bell rang, Jessi immediately stood up and walked towards the door, unfortunately, Kise stopped her. "Jessicchi, let's walk home together."

Jessi turned and looked at him, showing him her confuse expression. "You do know that my name is Jessi without the 'cchi', right?" She corrected him.

"I know-suu. I call you that because I respect you." Kise explained.

"You, respect me?" He nodded at Nin's question. "Well, thank you and I need to go somewhere now."

"Can I come-"

"No, you cannot." She immediately interrupted.

"Aww, come one~! It will be fun if we go together."

"Together? Into the washroom?" Jessi smirked, the looks on Kise's face went blushing red as he realised what he had just said.

"A-ah, no! I-I mean walking home together!" he stuttered, blushed, even more, when he stuttered. Jessi thought that this boy is easy to tease, it will be fun to tease him some time.

"It will be better if you don't wait for me," Jessi warned as she went into the washroom.

"Don't worry, I'll wait for you!" he said in confident and waited for outside while taking his time on his phone.

Jessi sighed, she definitely not going to come out from the toilet. She remembered that the toilet has a small window which leads outside at the back of the school. The second floor is nothing for her jumping out from the tall building. Carefully leaving no evidence behind, she jumped out and started her mission which she got not long ago.

Extra

"What took her so long? Its been 15 minutes already. I wonder if she's having her 'girl thing'."

"What are you standing in front of the girl's toilet, Mr.Kise?" A teacher asked as she came out of the toilet.

"Ah, sensei... I was waiting for my friend inside. But she seems taking her time inside."

"I'm afraid to say this but as I came out there's no on inside." The teacher said before leaving Kise behind.

"EH!? It can't be! I mean, I even watched her going it!" Shocked, couldn't even believe that Jessi just disappeared in front of him.

"I knew it... Jessi IS a vampire! She must have turned into a bat and flew out from the window. I'm gonna make her confess her identity!"

Looks like Kise's idiotity had leveled up.
