Okay, so this is my first time trying my hand at writing a short story, so it might be crappy. So thankyou for even choosing to read this book.

Kriti was sitting on her bed and was going through cosmopolitan when her eyes landed on a particular article – How I met my soul mate. She opened that article and the picture of a middle aged couple popped up with a long article following it.
"Love doesn't see age, distance, time, height, and weight; it just sees your heart. Love is when –" She stopped reading it there. She didn't want to read people's views on an absurd topic. She kept skipping lines until her eyes caught a particular line.
"I met Josh on eHarmony," She skipped a couple of more paragraphs and read the last line of the article.
"It has been three years since we married and now we have two beautiful daughters with whom we cherish our lives. We have our ups and downs but then I have a friend by my side that is with me through everything. I never thought I'd meet my soul mate on a social networking site."
eHarmony.
She went on google and searched about it before she ended up on playstore and downloaded the app.
A few new friends wouldn't hurt definitely, right?
