Here are the picture apps I have. In case you are wondering what I use.
1. Pic Collage
This is the picture app I use on this work. The name tells itself. Also, you can share your collages through your Pic Collage account if you make one. You can add stickers that you download on the app too.
2. BestMe Selfie Camera
You can take selfies with nice looking frames and filters.
3. Photo Studio
This photo app has it all. Edit your pictures with filters, text, effects, frames, sticters, and blend to name of few.
4. BeFunky
I don't use this one that much anymore. I use this to rotate and crop pictures and sometimes to put on frames and stickers.
