Dean's pov
I knew I had feelings for Castiel but I did not know he had feelings for me. Of course Castiel and I had been friends for a long time but then came the night where he drank the liquor store.
I was working a case with Sam and Castiel, along with Gabriel, wanted to join and after we finished we decided to go out and have a couple drinks. Castiel wasn't getting the buzz that he wanted so he left us and went to Kathy's liquor store. When he came back to the motel room he was not able to stand up straight and was leaning against the wall. "Cas, where have you been?" I asked. As I held him up he looked me in the eyes and said "Dean, I have known you for a long time and I know that when I say what I am about to say you are going to think 'he is drunk he doesn't know what he is saying' but I do know every word. I love you Dean Winchester and I have loved you since the day I met you." I stood there speechless.
Then Gabriel turned to Sam completely sober "I love you as well Sam and want to spend the rest of my time on Earth with you by your side." Sam looked Gabriel in the eyes and responded with "I love you, too. I didn't say anything because I didn't want you to hate me." Sam, being how tall he is, has to bend down so that they could kiss. Gabriel took Sam into his motel room and he left he gave Castiel a little touch on the shoulder to sober him up. I looked at Cas " I love you too."
He looks at me and smiles as we sit on the bed. We share a passionate kiss and well the rest is private ;). Just know the bed was a mess.
The next morning we look into each other's eyes and kiss. "Hello wonderful. Sleep well?" He says to me. "Yes I did."
