Blind Sided

Chapter One~ The Mall

*Jade's P.O.V*

I was walking past many of the stores trying to decide which one to go to next. Mom and Dad left me a nice amount of money to go school shopping with. I've already gotten new jeans, flannels, a few casual dresses, shorts, and crop tops.

I end up wondering into Vans, and I start to survey the tee-shirts.

I pick out a grey one, with the official white logo on the front and start over to the shoes.

I browse through endless pairs until I just get a pair of white ones to try on, and I sit to slid my feet into them. I sigh as I attempt to put them on but they end up too small and I get up to get another pair, as I do my phone dings, signalling I got a text, its from Jaylee, my bestie.

Jaylee:

Yo hoe, wanna come to the big back to school party this Friday with me ;)

I start to reply back, telling her I was planning on going until I hit something hard.

I drop my phone, and the pair of shoes I was bringing back and look up into the eyes of the one and only Chase Knight.

" You really should watch where your going," he spat at me, as he walked away.

Um excuse me?! What a jerk! I think to myself.

I just roll my eyes, and pick up my things, swap out the smaller shoes for the next size up, pay for them and my shirt, then rush to the food court to sit as my mind spins.

I didn't think someone could be so rude to me without like EVER talking to me.. sure there was that party last year where we played spin the bottle and I had to kiss him.. God he is such a good kisser.. JADE GET YOUR MIND AWAY FROM THAT!!

All these thoughts start to roam through my mind..

Did I still have a crush on Chase?
