Cora's pov
I was just finished packing when I heard a car beep from outside my house.
Excitedly I looked myself over in the mirror once more before grabbing my suitcase and running down stairs.
"Bye Mom! Bye Dad! I love you guys!" I called.
"Have fun sweetie!" My mother yelled from the laundry room as I closed the front door to our home.
I was so excited for this weekend.
Spending the day and the night at the beach with my best friends, watching movies together, and having a fire.
I threw my luggage in the trunk along with many other suit cases.
I opened the car door to see how packed it was. Oh boy, here's to an uncomfortable car ride.
Michael was driving and Ashton was in the front seat with him across from him.
Then it was Calum on the left side, Melody in the middle and Luke on the right side.
"Hop in the car." Calum said.
I raised my eyebrows, "Where exactly would you like me to hop?"
He opened his mouth but I put a finger to my lips telling him to save his remarks.
Calum and I did always have a joking relationship though.
Melody still obviously hadn't talked to Calum as she looked a little uncomfortable and he put his arm around her waist pulling her closer.
Luke patted his lap, catching my attention.
"This is your seat for the ride baby, better get comfortable, we've got a while." He smiled at me.
We decided on just friends but I loved how he called me baby in a non-intimate way.
I shrugged and sat on Luke's lap, closing the car door.
"We're off gang." Michael said and when he stepped on the gas I was pushed back real right against Luke's chest.
He didn't seem mind to as he just wrapped his arms around my waist and placed his head on my shoulder.
The next two hours were filled with jokes and silly games.
Michael and I kept fighting Calum and Ashton over the music.
Michael and I were in the mood for Green Day.
While Cal and Ash were up for Muse.
We eventually all decided to listen to My Chemical Romance.
Teenagers by My Chemical Romance was my fucking shit.
"So what movies are we going to watch guys?" Ashton asked.
Luke took in a breath about to suggest something but I cut him off.
"We are not watching chick flicks Luke."
He pouted and Melody laughed.
I looked over to her, Calum didn't have his arm around her anymore and they were just holding hands which seemed to be more comfortable for her.
"I brought some scary movies." Calum suggested.
Everybody agreed and Melody looked over to me, I nodded telling her I would be okay, then she agreed too.
To be honest I probably wouldn't watch it though.
After the two hour long car ride we pulled up to a very big and beautiful beach house, right on the beach.
