11...I Love You

~Alex's POV~
I lift my head to look up at Michael and he's smiling down at me, causing me to smile.

"What you smilin at?" I giggle.

"You." He smiles wider.

"And why's that?" I smirk and kiss his chest.

"You're so beautiful." He sighs and I smile.

"And you're so....sexy." I say and he smirks.

"Am I, now?" He chuckles.

"Mhm," I nod, planting soft kisses on his chest.

He wraps his arms around me as I lay my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat as I also place my hand on his chest and start rubbing it.

I never thought I'd think or say this, but I just wanna stay in his arms forever.

"Alex.." Michael whispers.

"Yes?" I whisper back.

"Are you hungry? I can make us some grilled cheese sandwiches." He says.

"Okay." I nod, getting off of him and sitting on the couch as he stands up.

I smile up at him as he leans down and kisses me softly.

"Alex.."

"Hmm?" I hum, looking into his eyes.

"I love you." He whispers.

I smile slightly and nod.

He stands up straight and walks out of the room and I sigh.

"I love you, too." I whisper.

---15 minutes later---
"Here you go, m'lady." He says, coming back in with two plates.

He sets mine on the coffee table in front of me and when I look at it, I see that there's a heart carved into my sandwich.

"Awww. You carved a heart in mine." I giggle.

"Mhm." Michael nods with a closed smile and his mouth stuffed.

"How sweet." I smile and pinch his cheeks, making him blush.

We eat together in silence... Not an awkward silence but a comfortable silence.

---10 months later---

~Michael's POV~

Alex and I have been together now for about, let's see...10 months.

She's now in her second year of college and still have her class for Sex Ed.

These past 10 months with her have been amazing. We've fought a lot but I fall deeper and deeper in love with her every day. And I tell her I love her everyday. She still hasn't said it back except a few times when she was sad and vulnerable but I can tell she love me. I can see it in her eyes when I stare into them and I can see it in her beautiful smile.

I'm actually considering introducing her to my family.

Right now, I'm sitting in my office, doing paperwork for the college and my phone starts to ring.

"Hello?" I answer the phone.

"Hey baby bro! You busy tonight?" I hear my brother, Jermaine's voice ask.

"Yeah...kinda.." I chuckle, assuming I'll be with Alex.

"Aw, man! I had a date for you!" He chuckles.

"Actually, I've got a girl already." I smile.

"Oh, really, now? How long has this been going on and why haven't I heard anything about it, huh?" He jokes.

"It's been 10 months, and I guess I just didn't think to tell you." I shrug, switch my phone from my left ear to my right ear.

"Oh, you'll have to bring her to the next family reunion to meet everyone!" He says.

"I was actually just thinking about that! When is the next family reunion?" I ask.

"Tomorrow at 6pm." He says.

"Okay. I'll let her know and see if she wants to come." I say.

"Okay. See you tomorrow." He says.

"See ya." I chuckle as he hangs up.
