"Hi!, I'm Sophia. I'm 5 years old. My dad said i'm the preetiest girl she knew. My dad's name is Kris, i'm not bragging, i'm telling the truth, my dad's tall and handsome. He's my best dad in the whole universe. I'm lucky to have my dad" Sophia gladly introduce her self in front of the class.
"hey, Sophia! Where's your mom?" Sophia's guy classmate said.
Sophia's happy face was changed with saddness. She lowered her head because of shyness.
"don't tell me you don't have mom? Hahaha! Momless kid!" her girl classmate said.
They teased Sophia a "momless kid" for not having her mom. Well, it's not Sophia's fault in the first place.
Tears began to drop from her eyes.
"kids, stop that. Sophia, you may now sit" Their teacher said.
Sophia sat on her seat, but she still isn't comfortble. Whisphers, gossips, teases and laughs she can hear around her.
At home, Sophia and her dad was on the dinner table.
"so how's the first day of school of my baby?" Kris asked.
Sophie stopped from eating and placed her spoon down. She gave her father her sweetest smile.
"Fine" Sophia answered.
"good to hear" Kris said.
"papa..." Sophia was about to talk when Kris' phone rang.
"wait for awhile baby, i'm gonna answer the call" Kris said and left.
Sophia ate the rest of the dinner alone until she finished.
Kris came to Sophia and bring Sophia to her room.
"sweet dreams baby...good night...wo ai ni" Kris said.
"good night papa...wo ai ni" Sophia said and shut her eyes close but in her mind, she's still thinking where her mother is.
